Un hotel que sorprende
Pros:

La ubicación es fabulosa ,a una cuadra de la playa y de los restaurantes
También de la Marina donde sale el Taxi y los paseos.
De muy fácil acceso al hotel y las habitaciones,todo con código.
Una piscina muy linda y el agua a una temperatura agradable.
El estacionamiento es en la puerta y solo cuesta 20 dólares el dia
Habitación muy grande y las camas muy cómodas, con frigobar y microondas incluido.
Muy nueva
Supera las expectativas!!

Not impressed.
Pros:

There wasn’t much to like about this property. The room had a strong musty odor, and the humidity was so bad that our clothes became damp just from being in the room and they still smelled musty afterward. The floors were sticky and felt dirty, and there was visible rust in the bathroom shower.
The biggest issue was the noise. For three nights in a row, we were kept awake by guests in nearby rooms screaming and yelling, along with constant noise from the street outside. We didn’t complain the first two nights because we’re not the type of people who like to make a fuss, but by the third night we had reached our limit. We got virtually no sleep, and it completely affected our vacation.
We ended up leaving for another hotel on what should have been our final night, but the property refused to refund us for the unused night.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this property to anyone.

Cons:

Everything except the staff inside was nice.

If I wasn’t here for work. I would have left the property.
Pros:

The proximity to the convention center and walking distance to restaurants.

Cons:

The property is nothing like pictured. The units are dirty and not updated at all. We had roaches in the room. The first night we had a huge noise problem and only slept a few hours.

Pros:

I booked this last minute and it was a great find. The location was great - minutes from the beach on foot. Lovely helpful people. The apartment was spacious and clean. Good wifi as my son had to work. Great value for money in Fort Lauderdale.

Cons:

One of the pools was a bit murky so we didn't swim in it and some of the outdoor areas could be cleaned up - but that was the only thing I was say could be improved. It was perfect for us.
