I didn’t like it!!

We booked this apartment expecting decent conditions based on the listing, but unfortunately the reality was completely different. After only one night, we had to leave and book another accommodation immediately.

The apartment had a very strong smell of mold and humidity from the moment we entered. There was almost no proper ventilation or airflow, and the air inside felt heavy, stale, and unhealthy. Even after only one night, our clothes, hair, and personal belongings smelled like mold and dampness.

Sleeping there was extremely uncomfortable. The AC system was also a problem — if adjusted, the room became freezing cold, but without it the humidity and lack of air circulation were unbearable. We were unable to properly rest or sleep throughout the night.

What was most disappointing is that we contacted the apartment manager immediately after leaving, explained the situation, and were told that a refund would absolutely be issued. However, we never received any refund afterward.

This was not simply a matter of personal preference or minor inconvenience. The condition of the apartment, especially the mold smell and humidity, made it feel unhealthy and unsuitable even for a short stay.

I sincerely hope the ventilation and mold issues will be addressed for future guests.
