A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The credit card used at the time of the booking must be presented by the cardholder upon check in, as this is the card that will be used for the pre-authorization. Your card will be pre-authorized before your arrival to ensure it is valid.
Parking is limited and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis for CAD 20 + taxes per night.

Room were very clean. We checked out in the morning, but need to leave our car there until 3 PM with out any charge. 5 Minutes walking to St. Joseph basilica Mount Royal.
This is very good budget hotel in a great area. Rooms good, and with a good sitting area. Bathroom small but fully functional. Parking fine, but very tight - you may have to be double-parked underground - but easy to get clear. Good cheap breakfast
The bath was stock.. the toilette was broke. And the windows unsafe.
The room was fabulous, king suite, very clean, comfortable bed very friendly staff the room was very large with great amenities. I will stay here again. Parking is an extra $23.00 under the building.

Stayed one night, we booked the superior room and it was great for the four of us, the room was clean and spacious - and fit us perfectly with the exception of the bathroom being pretty small, a lot of food options within walking distance, metro subway was close, saint Joseph was a couple of minutes walk, parking is limited with a fee, if it is unavailable we found nightly parking option available at the church, overall we had a great hotel stay in Montreal!

The check in process was fast and seamless. The rooms are spacious and modern. Location is in a nice, walkable neighborhood close to a university with a metro stop that takes you into the city center. Would highly recommend for travelers coming to visit Montreal who would like a comfortable hotel stay in a quieter, more charming part of town.

Fantastic hotel. Withing a few steps of the Metro (blue line). You can easily reach downtown and old Montreal within 25 minutes. The king suite we had worked great with our 8 month old baby to have a separate space for early bed. The kitchenette was great and had everything we needed for quick meals at the hotel. There was a crib provided for our baby which was a nice touch. There are lots of food options around the hotel, but mostly quick fast food, not a lot of sit down full restaurants. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend to others.

As the ajoining room bed is against my tv wall. At 14 i had ti sit face to face with tv. Next room complained.the walls are thin but i never heard anything in the halls. I will send a letter ti the manager. Otherwise it is.perfect friendly helpful well kept.near everything. I dud not like being told people complained about TV. I asked the staff to aplologize for.me. i liked there. Maybe they should place tv on another wall.All staff even cleaners very nice helped me work the shower.
