Multi sensory appeasing! This has it all for a beautiful stay- stunning, clean, comfortable.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our staff. The sweet details in the room were a beautiful touch along with gorgeous linen. It was aesthetically appealing as well as comfortable. Everything was clean and the amenities were fabulous. I would definitely return along with recommending.

Serenity plus!
Pros:

Second time we have stayed in the past few months & will def stay again. Beautifully appointed. We stayed in “Alfred” this visit….thoroughly enjoyed our cuppas & the delicious cookies provided, on our balcony.

Beautiful accommodation close to everything.
Pros:

Large roomy and with high ceilings. Cool and comfy bed. Great pillows. Dual ended shower. Coffee and cookies. Really lovely garden and pool, with a natural, treed area at the back. Parking close to the door. Clear check-in instructions. On main town street, but very quiet. Just lovely.

Cons:

Better stocked fridge.

Pros:

Location was exceedingly good. Gardens beautiful. Outside was well maintained. Quiet, bed, pillows, linen felt lux.

Cons:

Female staff wanted to argue about the admin situation on arrival.Shower required maintanence, grouting. Leaking basin tap. Bathroom felt grubby requiring a reno.

Cons:

The walls are extremely thin. You can hear conversations through them. We had a very difficult and uncomfortable night sleep hearing things we didn’t want to. Other than that, the place is beautiful.

Location is good. Directly across the road are shops, cafes etc

Cons:

There are at least 15 steps from bedroom to bathroom, spiral stairs. No balcony., very confined. The only seating is 2 chairs in Loft bedroom. The ipad they mention is tiny! 2 people didn't bother using it is too small. Felt extremely confined and claustrophobic.
In lower bathroom No shelving to store if
staying longer than 1 night. Hanging space only for clothing, no shelving.
