Pros:

Easy walking distance to South Bank.

Cons:

The fridge had been turned off and we had to pull it out to turn it on. It was a full size fridge, difficult to move and it looked like it had never been cleaned behind. The bed was very hard. The microwave was above the fridge and only accessible if you are over 165cm tall, but very dangerous to remove hot food over your head. Also too high to see if it was clean inside.

We so loved this place to stay with our family. Two double rooms, two bathrooms and a wonderful washing machine and drie
Pros:

The location was fantastic, more importantly the staff were so lovely, kind and helpful. We had a toddler with us and a lot of washing in terrible weather. This place was perfect to regroup before hitting the road again. We will stay here again

Really nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

Air conditioning, water pressure in shower, bed was comfortable and location to shops and dining areas

Great location
Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to South Bank & West End restaurants, cultural centre etc and ferry terminaL for river trips. Nice lounge area.

Cons:

A bit of traffic noise at times, but I always travel with ear plugs so not an issue.

We enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Great location, lovely pool, easy check in and parking included was great

Cons:

No towels for the pool were provided, that would have been really helpful. Shampoo was provided but not conditioner, which also would have been great after a swim.
