Well equipped and great location and despite the issues with the parking, I would recommend staying.
Pros:

The apartment was well fitted out. You had all the equipment you needed. Large bedroom and bathroom and a large balcony.

Cons:

Check in and check out. Very confusing if you had a parking space. It is on a one way street. If you miss the turn you literally have to travel around the world to get back. Instructions regarding the lift was not there and check out was dramatic as i was told to place a key in the box but only to find out that I needed it to get out. If I had to return the key, then yes it is another round the world trip. Sort this out in the description and everything id fine.

Great Location
Pros:

Perfectly located near parklands and Southbank. Great with the two bathrooms. Had a washing machine and a clothes line which was great.

Cons:

Our first apartment was musty smelling, advised the host and was offered another room straight away which was a lot nicer. Beds were pretty hard.

Excellent.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. Pool area and spa was great. The place was very quiet considering the location. Easy walk from South Bank train station.

Adequate, not exceptional.
Pros:

Nice property, a little dated and the bathroom didn’t smell great and could do with some liquid gel Draino down the shower drain. Happens when a property has low occupancy and drains left to dry out. Beds were ok but pillows a bit flat

Perfect location and staff were so kind and helpful

Cons:

When I first arrived and went to use the toilet in my room, there was urine in the toilet. Not sure if the cleaners used the toilet and forgot to flush or if the toilet wasn’t cleaned after the people stayed.

We had a very pleasant stay, but our sleep quality was compromised by uncomfortable pillows.
Pros:

The location was close to public transport, restaurants, entertainment, and Woolworths. The 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious and easy to get to and from. The apartment is well-kept and clean.

Cons:

The pillows were hard and high, and there was a single bed top sheet on the queen bed, which was uncomfortable and odd.

Our stay was most enjoyable and the closeness of the public transport was amazing.
Pros:

The location suited us very well with what we had to do.

Cons:

The glass drapes had one section rolled up on the floor so limited privacy

Will be back again as long as they get cotton blankets as doona was too hot for end of August.
Pros:

Nice and clean, didnt really use much except sleep the night and shower. Good location.

Cons:

Doona was too hot so some cotton blankets as an option in the cupboard would have been fantastic

Great value for low $, close to everything in South Brisbane cultural precinct including transport.
Pros:

Really helpful front desk staff, excellent restaurants nearby and close to the Brisbane Convention Centre where we attended an event. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well organised with cooking utensils and cookware. The bathrooms were clean and good condition and included washing machine and dryer I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment to others. It is superb value for money.

Cons:

Pillows - We found the pillows uncomfortable and needed to be replaced.
