Everything. Highly recommended and we've stayed here multiple times. The hotel has nice little touches making it feel more individual, like it's own bottled water on the room

Pros:

Loved the quiet location, the staff where very friendly and kind. The sky bar was fantastic! And great pool. Amazing breakfast.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room, I suspect from someone smoking in a near by room. I informed the staff and they had the room cleaned straight away.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at The Ann Hanoi. The room was clean, comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Spa was also excellent, very relaxing.

Pros:

The Ann is a compact hotel that is comfortable and friendly. The room was spacious with a large bed, desk and two comfortable chairs in which to relax.

The room had tiled floor and was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. A large double bed with comfortable linen and mattress, providing a great sleep. There is a safe in room and daily provision of bottled water.

The bathroom was of adequate size with an over bath shower with a plastic curtain. All amenities were available..

Breakfast was plentiful with excellent choice, however the breakfast room became manic at busy times and as the hotel caters for tours a lot of people descended at early times creating a battle for the food stations and available chairs.

Overall, a comfortable hotel with nice rooms, good breakfast and a central location.

Pros:

C’est un hôtel très charmant, bien situé et avec un personnel très accueillant et serviable.
Nous avions besoin d’un endroit calme et confortable pour nous reposer, c’était parfait.

Ils proposent également des massages de très bonne qualité, nous sommes ravis !
Et le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Cons:

Nous avons voulu profiter de l’espace Spa, qui est très bien, avec comme bémol que le jacuzzi était un peu sale.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht doch leider war dieser wegen Wartung geschlossen. Leider war dies nirgends ersichtlich. Für mich daher sehr enttäuschend da es auch der letzte Stop der Reise war.
