Pros:

C’est un hôtel très charmant, bien situé et avec un personnel très accueillant et serviable.
Nous avions besoin d’un endroit calme et confortable pour nous reposer, c’était parfait.

Ils proposent également des massages de très bonne qualité, nous sommes ravis !
Et le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Cons:

Nous avons voulu profiter de l’espace Spa, qui est très bien, avec comme bémol que le jacuzzi était un peu sale.

Unser erstes Ziel in Vietnam hat in diesem super Hotel gestartet.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, ausgesprochen sauber, tolles Service und Personal! Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen (vom vietnamesischen Pho über Ham&Eggs und frischem Obst ist einfach alles da - auch bei Glutenunverträglichkeit gibt’s Alternativen). Zimmerservice war auch spitze.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel wegen des Pools gebucht doch leider war dieser wegen Wartung geschlossen. Leider war dies nirgends ersichtlich. Für mich daher sehr enttäuschend da es auch der letzte Stop der Reise war.

The staff -- Especially Nhung in the Front Office was exceptional. She went out of her way to make our stay not only comfortable but also memorable. Truly, a wonderful asset to the Team and most definitely a future Manager.
The housekeeping team that made our room look even more exceptional and cleaner than any other hotel room we've stayed in across the globe !!!!
The staff at the Onyx Restaurant for breakfast were very observant, helpful and cheerful even at the early hours of the morning !!!
A truly remarkable team you have here at this property. We have already highly recommended our groups to stay here.

Heel goed hotel met enorm prettig personeel. Het ontbijt was super. Ook het verzorgen van een ontbijt in een pakketje was geen probleem ivm vroeg vertrek.

Cons:

De kamers hebben een kleine modernisering nodig, is prima maar kan moderner.
