Nous marchions tous les jours mais parce que nous aimons cela mais avec Grab, vous y êtes en 10mn en voiture et 5 mn en scooter !
The staff were professional and the location was great.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a good amount of space for my needs. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for four nights. The towels were soft and clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.
Thankyou to the door man Duke for the recommendations and kindness. The buffet breakfast is exceptional, the room is very clean and comfortable. The day spa is beautiful and was cheaper compared to other local massage places that were not nice. The pool is clean and restaurant food is nice. The gym is also great equipment and has the most incredible view. The location wasn't great but it was quiet and away from yhe hustle and bustle of busy hanoi streets
The location isnt the best for walking but close enough to things by scooter or car.
Goede locatie, het oude centrum is vlot met een korte Grab rit te bereiken. De kamer was comfortabel. Het zwembad is een leuke extra.
Opletten met de Booking kamerselectie. Wij kregen voor ons 4 een familiekamer aanbevolen met de melding dat ons jongste kind (<10jaar) gratis kon verblijven. Wat niet gemeld wordt is dat er geen apart bed is, en ook geen extra handdoeken voor dit kind. Je eindigt dus met 3 personen in het dubbel bed. Vreemd!
This hotel is clean, classy and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating, super friendly and helpful. A great choice when exploring Hanoi. The children loved the rooftop pool.

De bar had heerlijke cocktails maar geen uitzicht.
En bij zwembad lagen te weinig handdoeken.
Maar dat zijn mini puntjes .
En wij namen een grab om in old quartier te komen.
Dat werkt goed.
Well located hotel (10 minute walk to Ópera Theater), big comfortable rooms, nice rooftop swimming pool. Well stocked breakfast buffet, wide variety of east and western food.
Most important, super nice staff. Special mention to Nancy at the front desk. She was very resourceful and made our early arrival much nicer. Thank you, Nancy!
