Nice staff and ok place to stay. Some mosquitos from the bathroom just kept me from making this a 4 star rating. Just tell the staff to clean it out and it'll be ok.

수도 고장, 변기고장 . 도저히 숙박할 수가 없어서 호텔을 옮겼습니다. 호텔스닷컴에 전화도 안되고. 메일을 보냈는데 확인도 안하고.... 정말 이래도 되는건가요?

Staff was friendly, ready to help. Some treats downstairs once a while. Instant coffee, tea and water available in cafe. Often some Thai bananas. Hotel feels relatively modern, yet cozy. Close to Bobae Market if night time clothing is your thing. Boat taxi might be a nice daytime adventure getting you either to the old city on one end or closer to BTS or MRT to the other hand. Jim Thompson House is walk able especially if following paths near Klong / canal.

Unfortunately, we did not get the double bed we had booked. ..no window in the room, problem with tv not connected, wifi did not work., far from bts .Staff and management was very nice and helpfull .

There is no window. Room was cleaned only 1 day out of the 4 days. The location is far but we got around with taxi, tuktuk and Uber.

Not as nice as it shows in pictures !
Rooms are worn out, TV was not working and during our 3 night stay they couldn´t make it work.
Lot of small ants in room if you left any food or soda around.
Location of hotel is also bit far from malls and nightlife, about 20 min. walk.

第一天入住時, 床單上半部靠背部位置已經是顏色黃了一遍, 明顯是沒有換新的, 每次睡醒也發現有敏感, 每天只是把房間整理好、吸塵而已，整體清潔程度不理想, 廁所有污漬, 洗手盤的牙膏漬沒有清洗掉。
房間只有約呎半闊的梗窗可以入光, 沒有露台

Very clean place, not an elegant neighborhood but close to everything. It was worth it!

Super bra personal som alltid var till hjälp, rummet var verkligen super fräsht och bekvämt. Om du vill någonstans ta en taxi, det är smidigast.
Enda nackdelen var att de inte hade någon safetybox. Skulle absolut komma tillbaka hit!

not exactly next to the bts station or any other metro. It cost you around 50 baht to the bts station. beware to Take a taxi which priced on meter. it would save you a lot. Normally the drive will suggest 150 baht. thats way more than it actually needed.
besides, the hotel is located in a old place. Pretty scary to come back late. It is fine with men but may be scary to women.
overall the hotel was good. the room is cozy and the price was reasonable

新しく出来たホテルのようで、タクシー運転手は知らないことが多い。
ホテル周辺はだいぶ廃れているが、ホテルそのものはとても綺麗。
スタッフの対応や愛想も素晴らしかった。
立地もNational Stadium 駅から近いため便利。

酒店非常舒适整洁，干净，里面的人员也非常好，还有一位美女会讲中文，帮了我们很多，到唐人街，卧佛寺，大皇宫出行都比较方便，在曼谷建议打的，打表，有很多tutu车根本就是乱宰客，胡乱喊价。

Nous avons passés une nuit dans cet hotel, l'hôtel est très bien moderne propre calme.
Le quartier est calme prévoir un taxi si on veut manger dans un petit resto sinon il y a des petits stand de thaï.

The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. Unfortunately, the area did not feel very safe. It also wasn't very international tourist friendly. The staff were lovely and accommodating, it was just a shame about the location

The room is nice and good price, not recommended for female travellers. Walking distance to Siam and MBK malls.

We are 2 women and stopped here for 2 nights before flying onto Cambodia. I like clean, modern hotels and it looked lovely, ticked all the boxes, said it wasn't too to the sights and the few reviews were good. It was late when we arrived and I was instantly concerned. The hotel is down a dark side street in a very unsavoury, run down area. Gangs stood in groups close to the hotel and a 'massage parlour' was near with people outside. The hotel is spotless, check in and communication was difficult as staff don't speak English. The rooms were lovely, have comfy beds, nice bedlinen etc, the bathroom was clean with no nasty smells. No tea/off in the room but you could go downstairs to the small cafe (always empty except for staff or family) for a drink. The Thai lady there whilst not able to speak English, was very kind & friendly. After Check in we asked if there was anywhere near to eat, we were directed up the road. It was horrible, intimidating and made us nervous. We went to the main road but couldn't find anything open except a 7-11, so crisps was dinner! As for location, totally inaccurate! Nowhere is within easy reach despite what the details say, it was a 10 min tuck tuk to the nearest tourist spot and even further to any malls. I cannot fault the hotel itself, but the language barrier is a problem if you don't speak Thai. I would not recommend this hotel for women travelling alone or together, in fact, I think many men would be uncomfortable in this area
