Untuk percutian singkat memang selesa. Bilik bersih dan luas.
Pros:

Lokasi dekat padang kota, 1st avenue mall dan tempat makanan lain.
Bilik besar, bersih dan selesa.
Pekerja mesra dan ramah.

Cons:

1. Kene naik tangga sampai tingkat 3 utk bilik family room. Yang bawa luggage besar, orang tua dan kanak2 agak menyusahkan.
2. Dalam bilik tak ada peti sejuk, kettle atau free air mineral. Tapi disediakan water dispenser di tingkat 2, macam susah sgt nak dapatkan air minuman 😅

Pros:

Complaint against the Hotel which collected extra charges of twenty Malaysian ringgit (RM20.00). Such charges should have been collected by Expedia when I booked the hotel room.
Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email.
Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel.
The Hotel is unreasonable.
