- Depending on the weather conditions and the swimming pool inspection, the swimming pool may be closed without notice.
- Room Guest gets 30% discount for outdoor swimming pool
- Children aged 19 and under are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Seasonally operated outdoor swimming pools are open only in summer depending on weather conditions.

Our hotel air conditioner and heater are central cooling/heating systems and cannot be used individually.
Only air conditioners are operated in summer and heaters are operated in winter.
Air conditioners and heaters may not work during spring and autumn, when the seasons are changing.

Loud noises from outside
The location
The breakfast: they offer plenty of fresh fruit, which was not always the case in other hotels in Sout Korea
- wifi in the room was below average.
- although in general everyting very clean, we were surprised to find lipstick stain on the coffee mug

the location is in the central party district - the noise from the neighboring night clubs is not just loud - you will not be able to sleep!!!!
The price!!
The noise is trouble from the music at night and the noise from the pool party's, Barely any American food for breakfast. Bread very hard,no potatoes at times, at the hotel breakfast.
Everything at the hotel itself was acceptable
The noise. I was aware upon booking that this would be an issue but it was much worse than expected. Earplugs were only of minor help. The music for the clubs next door literally made the whole room and bed shake. This went on until well past 4 am. It was unbearable.

Malfunctioning toilet, noise outside, and overall wack
The room was well equipped with all the basics you would need, like toothbrush, a bathrobe, iron for your clothes, fridge etc. The location is the most convenient it can get. Absolutely loved our stay here.
Everyone who chooses this hotel should be aware of their lifestyle, it’s perfect for the ones who party at night in Itaewon (like me), but if you don’t party and go to sleep early, the noise might bother you… but they do provide earplugs too, so unless your are overly sensitive it should be fine.
