Do not book through hotel.com i tried to check in and they say they did not receive the booking nor recognise hotel.com i had fully paid through hotel.com and contacted them but nothing resolved and till today no refund. I had to pay cash (double pay ) otherwise i was without a place to stay over the night. I checked out the next morning and stayed at another hotel. I am very dissapointed with hotel.com on this as i have been booking through hotel.com for more than 6 years and now they leave me hanging without resolving anything and just keeping quiet about it as if it never happened
Some of the reviews here are a bit harsh. Yes its not a top class hotel but you get what you pay for. I had to choose this hotel as its the closest to the Vinmec Hospital across the road where i had a family member as an inpatient. Amanda was $20 per night including breakfast (walk in rate). For that price i was not expecting much. The room was ok, had aircon and the bed was comfortable. It was noisy but that did not bother me nor force me not to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Pho was on offer every morning which was not bad. Only western food was bread with a fried egg that was handed to you as you sat down. Forget the coffee (actually the hospital across the road has pretty good coffee on 2nd floor). In summary not bad considering.

I will summarise my experience in five main points, which were written to the hotel as well but received no response (the first one might not be that bad, but read on to find out how absurd the hotel really is):
1. Early check-in charge: I placed a request in advance for early check-in on the day of my arrival, but received no confirmation whatsoever by the hotel. According to the hotel's description on Traveloka, Amanda Hotel offers a complimentary room upgrade upon request. I did not request for any room upgrade but I believe the least the hotel could do was to accommodate to a small request of an early check-in (of just merely about 3 hours) without any additional charge. Anyhow, I was charged an additional of VND 120,000 during check-in, which was simply explained as "30%" (which I don't understand how this rate was come up with). Also, my request for a receipt for the additional payment by cash was ignored.
2. Provision of complimentary drinking water: I was shocked to find out from a local friend who spoke to the front desk on my behalf (since all the staff at the front desk clearly could not understand nor speak almost any word of English at all) that I actually have to personally go down to the front desk to request for drinking water. Throughout my stay (as of 7 May 2018) I have yet to see the drinking water in my room being replenished since checking in to the hotel on 3 May 2018. I had to reach for the extra drinking water in the bar fridge as the communication barrier and miscommunication with the hotel staff were driving me insane. I was even more appalled to understand only afterwards that I would be charged for consuming the drinking waters in the bar fridge, which were not replenished anyway.
3. Irregular and awkward housekeeping timings: It is annoying to have the housekeeping staff knock extremely loudly on the door at weird timings throughout the day asking to clean up the room - they sometimes come after lunch, and sometimes early in the morning. I have been woken up several times by the staff as they would knock on the door just to let them know that they will have to do it later since I am still resting in the room. I am surprised that the hotel does not have a standard time for housekeeping staff to do their job, or at least have them trained to have basic courtesy and not to knock on the door so extremely loudly when there is obviously someone in the room (with the television turned on) that is not available to answer the door and is still resting.
4. Insufficient basic supplies: Toiletries such as the bath gel are replenished in any way that the housekeeping staff likes to - sometimes it is refilled to the brim, while only refilled by a little on other occasions. I still recall that there was no toilet roll provided in the washroom on the day of my arrival at room 801 and I had to call to ask for one, before I requested for my room to be changed to a simpler room with just one bed instead of two.
5. Miscommunication and inability to communicate in English: I believe that the front desk staff should at least be skilled in basic English conversations especially since the hotel is listing itself on reservation sites such as Traveloka which connects the hotel with many international guests who are English-speaking. It really frustrates me to communicate with the staff in the hotel throughout my stay. I remember being told that the breakfast service ends at 10 a.m. during check-in but when I went down at 9.30 a.m. on one of the days, I was surprised to be told that I was "too late".
So, if you are looking for a comfortable place to rest your tired body, I would not recommend you to choose this place unless you enjoy going insane and having no one understand your frustrations. I would advise that you give yourself and your soul a break and pay a little more to find somewhere much better.
귀국 전 짐 보관하고 씻을 곳이 필요할거 같아 급하게 예약한 호텔입니다. 시설은 가격만큼 하는거 같아요.
다만 주변에 식당뿐만 아니라 아무것도 없어서 저녁이나 먹을 것들은 밖에서 먹고 오거나 마트에서 사서 들어오는게 좋을듯 합니다. 그리고 화장실 전등이 되게 약합니다. 에어컨이랑 침대랑 수평으로 되어 있어서 창가쪽 보다 안쪽 침대가 훨씬 시원합니다. 마지막날 다른 호텔 체크아웃하고 짐 보관하고 다른 곳 둘러본 후에 샤워하고 옷 갈아입고 하는 용도로 방문하기에는 나쁘지 않다고 생각합니다. 공항에서도 그렇게 멀지 않고요.
가격이 최대장점입니다 밤비행기 도착해서 잠만자기에 좋아요 침구에 약간 얼룩같은게 한개 있기는 했지만 수건깔고써서 괜찮았습니다 금액대비 정말정말 깔끔하다생각했어요 어메니티로 나오는 치약 맛이상해요 조식은 뷔페식이아니고 쌀국수 만들어주십니다 맛 괜찮아용 엄마랑 둘이 잠만 자고 나왔는데 만족합니다!
가격대비 완전괜찮네요 선셋이 무료라서 괜찬네요
오후에는 무료 현지식도주고 서비스는 좋습니다

시내와 다소 멀지만 공항에서 가까워서 첫날 도착한날 이용했는데, 다음날도 투어때문에 호텔에 오래 있지 않을때는 이용해도 좋을것 같아서 하루 더 연박을 했다. 첫날 배게에서 좀 쉰내가 나서 다음날 바꿔달라고 했더니 바로 바꿔줬고, 이 가격에 이정도 깔끔한 방이라면 대 만족!!!조식도 그냥 빵이랑 해서 먹으면 먹을만하고, 호이안으로 갈때 중간에 오행산 들렀다가 2시간 구경하고 호이안 가려고 택시기사님도 잘 불러주시고 가격도 잘 해주심. 호텔직원분들이 내가 안되는 영어로 거지같이 설명해도 다 잘 알아들어줘서 친절하고 좋았음. 가격대비 다낭에서 잔 호텔줄 가장 맘에 들었음. 반드시"가격대비"
좋은 호텔 가고싶은 사람들은 그냥 돈더주고 가길. 다만 공항가까워서 도착날 혹은 출발날 하루정도 자기 좋은것 같고, 정말가격대비 침대있고 물나오고 벌레없음 된다 싶은 사람들에게 추천 ㅋ
空港と市街地の近くにあるため交通の便はよいですが、大きい荷物等があると空港まではタクシーを使ったほうがよいと思います。

バスルームにシャワーカーテンが無かったのが気になったくらいですね。

늦은시간 멀리까지 가는 왕복 택시 알아봐야했는데 영어 안통하는 택시기사 대신 저렴한 가격으로 예약해주셨어요.
도와주신 점은 정말 평점 높게 드리고 싶지만.. 객실 상태가 ㅜㅜ
쓰레기통은 비워져 있지 않고 침대 시트는 냄새가 ㅜㅜ

가격이 싸서 가봤는데... 호텔이 아니라 무슨 모텔보다 못한 수준이었어요...

Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Die Rezeptionistin sprach kein Englisch, die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt und nichts funktioniert. Bettlaken waren dreckig und zerrissen, AC Fernbedienung war ohne Batterien somit konnte die Klimaanlage nicht reguliert werden. Es roch zudem sehr sehr unschön im Zimmer. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Abflug in da nang dort, aber ich würde nie wieder dort Einchecken.

Terrible! Noisy rooms, really noisy a/c. Very low standards. The room was at least clean - the only reason we didn't walk out. Staff don't speak English despite this being advertised. Mistakes made when we checked out - easily rectified at the time but shouldn't have happened.

늦은 체크인도 가능해서 편리한 호텔이었습니다.

I cant check hotel with out pay, I paid to hotels.com when I reservations but Hotel not check in with out me to pay pay no credit card accept only cash, so I paid to Hotel 1,100,000.00vnd cash and I request to Hotels.com but no respond till today.
