We werden in het goedkopere hotel van hun gestopt terwijl wij het duurdere hotel hadden geboekt, ze hielpen ons niet hiermee..

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig, das Bett war nicht ordentlich gemacht und sah so aus, als hätte bereits jemand darin geschlafen. Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm nach Urin, auf dem Teppich befand sich ein sichtbarer Fleck und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, obwohl es extrem heiß war.

Wir waren nur etwa fünf Minuten im Zimmer, haben es sofort wieder verlassen und sind in ein anderes Hotel gegangen.

Auch der Service an der Rezeption war schlecht. Der Mitarbeiter konnte uns kaum weiterhelfen, hatte offenbar Schwierigkeiten mit der Sprache und wir mussten etwa eine halbe Stunde warten, bis alles erledigt war.

Für diesen Zustand und diese Erfahrung ist das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Ich empfehle es niemandem.
