Not good for family stay as cleanliness is biggest issue.
Pros:

Location & room size is the only positive points.

Cons:

Cleanliness, hygiene is the issue. Bedsheet has spots. Insects inside the washroom is visible. Hotel is good but service staff need to clean the rooms.

Too expensive for the quality. Average place.
Cons:

Foul smell in the toilet. Unclean bedsheets. Pathetically unclean pillows under the not so clean pillow covers. Cockroaches in the room. Mosquitoes. No breakfast buffet.

It was an okay to say
Pros:

The location is great , and the best part is that it had an attached balcony for you to relax out for a coffee or so.

Cons:

The Hotel was good how ever the bed linen was totally soiled , the pillow cover was torn .we had to ask the housekeeping to change it twice .

Pros:

I booked a room with queen bed but instead I was given two twin beds joined together which was quite uncomfortable. The room needs better cleaning and house keeping. The curtains were dirty.
The good thing was location and very helpful and cooperative staff.
