Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding our recent stay at your hotel.
The rooms we received were absolutely not the rooms we booked based on the photographs and description shown on Booking.com. The accommodation we were given was nowhere near in line with what was advertised on the platform. This is a serious issue, as the actual condition and standard of the rooms did not match the listing at all.
Instead of the rooms presented in the Booking.com photos, we were placed in basement-level rooms, one of which did not even have a window. This is completely unacceptable and highly misleading.
In addition, one of the radiators leaked water, which soaked and damaged our clothes. This caused major inconvenience and distress during our stay.
We reported these problems to the reception and clearly asked to be moved to a room that matched the one we had originally booked based on the Booking.com listing. However, this was never resolved. We were repeatedly told to wait until the next day, and each day we were given the same excuse and false promises, with no actual solution provided.
Under these circumstances, we believe the service provided was fundamentally different from what was sold to us. For this reason, we are requesting a full refund for the stay.
Please treat this matter seriously and confirm as soon as possible how and when the full refund will be processed.

La Ubicación. En una calle apartada sin ruidos de coches ni personas, muy tranquila, pero cerca de todo.
Mi habitación estaba justo debajo del comedor. A partir de las 8.30am cuando empieza el desayuno, había mucho ruido de sillas.
El colchon desgastado y algo blando. Me dolió la espalda.

Location is good very close walking distance to the main attractions, metro and boat dock so it’s very easy to move around.
The hotel is old it needs renovation. Floor is separated and creaking, mold in the corners of bathroom, shower cabin very old like it’s gonna fall off. The worst thing of all is breakfast there are very small selection and every single day is the same so i was left hungry.
Room was value for money and literally just around the corner from everything you'd love to experience in an older section of central Istanbul.

Отель хороший нам понравился очень , рекомендуем . Завтраки хорошие , на любой вкус. Расположение идеально для пеших прогулок
Отличный вариант для переночевать одну ночь. Завтраки не пробовали. Отель находится рядом с метро и достопримечательностями. Персонал говорит по-русски.
