Pros:

The staff is incredible charm and always worried four make your stance a great pleasure.
Both, breakfast and dinner, are buffet style and the variety, amount and quality of food overcame our expectations

Cons:

It has a new dinner schedule that doesn't fit with Spanish rhythm, but it was easy to adapt it

Prachtige rustige locatie aan de oostkant vlakbij strand.
Pros:

Prachtig gelegen, pal aan het strand van los Cancajos. Met het mooiste zwembad dat we hebben gezien bij accommodaties. Het is echt zo groot als op de afbeeldingen. En geen gedoe met handdoekjes leggen. Er zijn altijd voldoende bedjes mocht je een dag bij het zwembad willen liggen. De accommodatie is perfect onderhouden daar wordt heel veel aandacht aan besteed. Lekker ontbijt. Parkeren is iets lastiger maar er is een grote parkeerplaats niet ver van de locatie. Het was er wel warm dus een ventilator zou wel fijn zijn geweest.

Cons:

De bedbank was wat dun en oncomfortabel. Het appartement was warm ( de week dat wij er waren koelde het ‘s nachts niet af, bleef 22 graden)

Hacienda especial.
Pros:

El entorno genial. El desayuno con bastante variedad y los camareros que lo atendían muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

Que no tuviera aire acondicionado. Pero por la orientación de la habitación apenas pasamos calor.

Lugar tranquilo y muy bien ubicado en Los Cancajos
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, a 2 minutos caminando de la playa, muy bonito la Hacienda con animales sueltos por los jardines, apartamento muy cómodo y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Que no tuviera aire acondicionado. Por los bichos no me gusta dormir con la ventana abierta por lo que sería de 10 si tuviera aire acondicionado

Pros:

The lush garden itself makes this hotel an otherworldly experience; nothing else really matters. But the staff are professional, friendly and efficient. The breakfast is good and we actually found the dinner buffet to be very good if attended occasionally, and with 3 kids, it’s excellent value for money.

Un lugar para desconectar y sentir la naturaleza a tus pies
Pros:

Te sientes de verdad en un ambiente de hacienda, rodeado de la bella flora de La Palma....la comida excepcional y lo mejor es que es muy variada. Volvería a repetir mi estancia en este lugar. El personal muy atento. Y la ubicación es más que fantástica. Si quieres descansar este es el lugar.

Cons:

Quizás un poco el sonido del sofá cama. Pero para lo bueno que fue todo, no merece tanta importancia. Cuando suban las temperaturas quizás sea necesario aire acondicionado, o un ventilador.
