We booked this hotel and it was a complete disaster from the start. We arrived at the agreed time (14:00-15:00), rang the doorbell several times, but nobody opened or replied to our emails. When we finally managed to get inside because another guest opened the door, we were given a room that was dirty (used papers inside the nightstand drawers) and missing the slippers promised on Booking.com.When we politely asked for the room to be cleaned and inquired about the included amenities, the hotel owner reacted in an extremely aggressive manner. To justify her terrible service and kick us out, she started shouting at us and falsely accusing us of 'racism' and 'aggression' simply because she didn’t like our looks or our tone. She forced us to cancel on Booking and refused to refund our money.We had to call the POLICE. When the police patrol arrived, they confirmed to us that this is not the first time this hotel has had this kind of trouble. To make matters worse, I am an individual with a 73% certified disability. This highly stressful situation triggered a severe spike in my blood pressure, leaving me completely helpless on the street. We had to urgently find another hotel that was much more expensive (+€60) and far from the center, which severely restricts my mobility. This place is a hazard for travelers. Strongly reportable

Il personale è estremamente accogliente e di supporto. La tranquillità grazie alla posizione centrale ma fuori dall’area della movida. La descrizione rappresenta esattamente come è tutto.

Nice old building. Good location near the station. Great to visit Sitges by foot. Decent sized room.
Previous guests food in the fridge. No coffee pods for the machine. Bed sheets were clean but a bit sandy. Front door can be a bit difficult after a few drinks...
