Fantastico! Persone meravigliose
Pros:

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi. Anche nostra figlia di un anno e 7 mesi si è trovata benissimo, ci preparavano il latte la mattina e ci hanno regalato la palla. Ci hanno dato anche il pinguino in camera perché purtroppo non c’è l’aria condizionata in tutte le camere.

Cordiale disponibilità ed accoglienza dei titolari.
Offerto a pagamento upgrade in stanza con condizionamento.
Posizione ottima, a 150 metri dal mare e a due minuti dalla Metromare che collega Rimini e Riccione.
Posto spiaggia con ombrellone e due sdraio in convenzione col bagno 72.
Bene la pulizia, colazione discretamente varia.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile..purtroppo la camera (ok che era un economi) ma non ci siamo proprio. Bagno senza finestra, piccolissimo , doccia aperta..usciva l acqua ovunque..per stendere la roba un filo scadentissimo che non ci stavano nemmeno due mutande..
Lavandino talmente piccolo che per lavarti i denti ti facevi la doccia..
Con il caldo che faceva non ti salvavi nemmeno con la ventola attaccata al soffito.. esperienza che non rifarò penso mai piu..

The location, how friendly the owners were and the breakfast.There was baby crib available.

Cons:

It was too hot in the room, no air condition available. The guests next door smoked on the balcony and the smoke came into our room.

Good hotel overall, maybe need some remodelling, needs A/C possibility or improved fan.
Pros:

We stayed with our family for 3 nights. Enjoyed conversations with friendly and helpful family that runs that hotel. They also used a translator that was really helpful for understanding non English speaking owners. Room was very clean on arrival and was cleaned everyday. Very good. Good breakfast compare to our previous stay in Italy.

Cons:

Room a bit old, maybe needs some refreshment, but still ok. We was at Rimini in heat wave, so we could not sleep properly without A/C.
