Pros:

There was no opportunity to discover the potentially positive sides of the property (see below). I think it should be expected as a standard practice to have the ability to reach hotel staff in case of urgency.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at the property since we couldn't get inside. The key cards waiting for us didn't work that were provided to us, there was no staff, nobody picked up the emergency phone line or normal phone, and even Booking.com could not reach the stadf. Late at night arriving at the property (which is in a remote village) in a snowstorm that was all over the news, we were pretty shocked that the staff was not reachable for their clients or didn't double check that their card system to enter the building worked. We ended up stranded in the middle of the night with no alternative accommodation.

Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen , sie liegt günstig auf dem Weg in den Norden.
Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett, das Zimmer sehr ruhig und sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls prima.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, das Personal war freundlich, aber leicht unkonzentriert.
Die Getränke kamen nicht zusammen und die Hauptspeise kam bereits vor der Vorspeise.
Auch beim Digestif musste Hilfe geholt werden. Wir gehen davon aus, dass an dem Abend neue
Mitarbeiter eingearbeitet wurden und haben es mit Humor genommen. Aber langfristig ist da noch „Luft nach oben”

Fijn hotel met lieve mensen
Pros:

Super aardige mensen, we voelden ons meteen welkom. Heerlijke kamer en fijne douche!

Cons:

Helaas was de wi-fi wat traag en ging het streamen naar de televisie moeizaam, maar uiteindelijk lukte het wel
