Breakfast was a dissapointment 😔

Hotel facilities are good especially indoor pool and spa.

Cons:

I would like to share my feedback regarding the breakfast service, particularly the level of service towards the end of the breakfast hours.
On two consecutive mornings, we arrived for breakfast at approximately 9:30 a.m.,, 30' before ending time and on both occasions, the food selection was extremely limited, with many items completely depleted. Despite bringing this to the attention of several waiters, it took considerable time before any replenishment was made. Only after escalating the matter to the supervisor we received a response, and even then, it took an additional 10–15 minutes before items such as omelettes were served.
Unfortunately, the situation was even worse on the second day.
It is not normal for guests to repeatedly request basic food items during breakfast service. Guests should be able to expect that the buffet is adequately maintained and replenished throughout the designated breakfast hours.

Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel à 9h et ils nous ont donné les clés sans frais supplémentaires et pourtant le checkin est prévu à 15h. Du coup on a pu profiter du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas insonorisée, on entend les voix et bruits dehors. Nous étions logés au rez de chaussée et la fenêtre donnait directement à la route donc on entendait les véhicules passer. La piscine extérieur était fermée et celle de l’intérieur payante et on a pas été prévenu à l’avance.
