Exceptionnellement exceptionnel
Pros:

Un bel accueil, souriant , efficace. Je ne pourrais pas hésiter à revenir dans cet établissement. Si vous songez y aller, croyez moi, vous ne me regretterez pas.

Proche de la perfection
Pros:

Tout à quelques petits détails prêt c'est parfait !

Cons:

Manque d'information lors de la réservation :
- spa piscine intérieure créneau horaire pour les enfants 10h-12h (en fait dans la fourchette horaire des visites en extérieur, du coup jamais utilisé)
- le restaurant buffet un peu anarchique
- pas assez de porte manteaux dans la buanderie

Mais vraiment ce sont rien comparé à tout le positif de cet établissement !

Le buffet sapori ferme du dimanche au mercredi en août alors que cnetait un critère de sélection de cet hôtel , nous ne le savions pas - pas de geste commercial pour compenser -

Super hôtel
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, superbe chambre bien équipée, petit dej varié. Spa et piscine très bien. Navette prevue pour rejoindre le centre de rome.

Cons:

Nous avons payé une chambre avec un supolement accès spa pour nous rendre compte que finalement tout le monde avait accès au spa, aucun contrôle n'est fait à l entrée du spa via la piscine exterieure, donc une depense inutile.

Bien mais pas exceptionnel.
Pros:

Oui c’est très jolie nous avons pris une suite. Le canapé lit pour notre fils était trop misérable. Pas de qualité du tout. Les transats à la piscine très décevant.

Cons:

Le deuxième lit vraiment mauvais les transats à la piscine.
Pas assez de choix de fromage
Ou de protéines au petit déjeuner.
Variété au petit déjeuner très moyennes
Le bar de la piscine mal fournis il ne servent rien à manger autour de la piscine.
Le room service est lent et ils te prennent 15€ en plus pour te monter un repas en chambre.
