We had a great time at the hotel. Staff were great, really helpful. Lots of amenities. The pool was a decent size and plenty of chairs most of the time. We used the shuttle bus a few times which is usually available if you book at least the day before you need it. We used public transport as well and went to some of the local restaurants. Great location overall out of the city and a green, residential area.
El personal de recepción, del bar, del spa, del desayuno, era fantástico.
Mi familia disfrutó muchísimo de este hotel, perfecto para refrescarse y relajarse tras un día de turismo.
Además, había una buena oferta de restaurantes no solo en el hotel, sino también caminando 10-15 minutos.
En nuestra primera noche hubo varios grupos de jóvenes haciendo muchísimo ruido a altas horas de la madrugada, Creo que el hotel podría hacer más para impedir esos comportamientos.
El resto del tiempo todo fue muy tranquilo.
It is a very clean place, well maintened, good ammenities, spacious and confortable.
Some lack of responsiveness with the staff while trying to book some activities. They respond with delays and don't read older messages which means you need to always remaind them of what was already agreed. Feels like you have to hold their hands throughout the communication.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, vooral Jayson. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Het bed lag heerlijk en het zwembad was ook heel fijn, vooral met deze hitte. Het shuttle busje was ook heel fijn. Het hotel ligt wel wat buiten het centrum, maar wij vonden dit wel fijn! We hebben er 4 fijne dagen gehad.

We were booked here as part of a cruise package deal. It is a fair way from Rome but they supply transfers in to town at a cost. We didn’t use it but others complained it was busy and had to pick time slots to go out and return.
We decided to spend the day by the pool. Not enough umbrella shade and it was very hot! The pool bar was down a hill at the back a little over and priced food limited.
The rooms minimal but are lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable.
The buffet restaurant is well worth the 40€ as there is so much choice and comes with beer, wine and soft drinks. Breakfast is busy and a bit of a free for all but it was part of the deal. Cooked breakfast not so good but good choice for other breakfast choices.
I had a dispute about being charged for two bottles of wine although I only had one. Some staff were helpful directing me to reception with my issue but one of the receptionist on check out was quite rude not allowing me to explain my side! Still waiting on a refund!
Probably wouldn’t stay here again as nothing much around but the pool is lovely!…. Unless you get moaned at by a woman as we were apparently talking too loudly to a group of Americans!

朝食のクオリティがイマイチだった。パンは美味しかったが、コーヒーが好みでなかった事と、サラダバーの野菜の種類が少なく、どれも乾燥していて残念だった。

Everything about A.Roma was wonderful and well planned out for a comfortable accommodating stay. It was a wonderful break and the staff ensured we were well accommodated.
