Even for free i wont take it.
Pros:

It was really bad soon you open the door toilet smells really strong .
Eyelashes under the bed cockroach everywhere mice poo in the balcony.
Shower head is not working i have to buy a lot products to clean the apartments. And they charge me extra for aircon and towel. They did not give me full deposit

Fine but know going in that...
Pros:

This is more like an apartment rental. No towels, soap, maid service, or on site staff. Check in/out is a half mile away. If we had known this we would have chosen differently. The place is fine and a great price. One block to the beach.

Pros:

Appartement trop petit pour 4 personnes le canapé lit est pas du tout confortable et le ménage avait été mal fait beaucoup de saleté au sol dommage parce que l’appartement est bien situé. Sinon le personnel a la remise des clés très accueillant et sympathique. Rapport qualité prix intéressant.

El apartamento está bastante incómodo. No tiene nada, ni siquiera la mesita de noche, ni la cocina. El aire acondicionado no funciona. Está pegado a un bar.

Ha sido un viaje muy tranquilo,con la playa alado,restaurantes,algún local de ocio,y supermercados y tiendas a 5 minutos en coche,un entorno tranquilo y agradable,volveremos.

Pros:

Séjour CASTASTROPHIQUE! Appartement sale! La climatisation sentait l'oeuf pourrie il a fallu la payer 10 euros par jour. Une honte. La dame de la réception fénéante...blasée. BREF à éviter ABSOLUMENT. Je vis en Espagne et parle parfaitement bien espagnol. Ce n'est donc pas un problème de langue.

Do not stay here if you want a stress free holiday
Pros:

Receptionist rude - Accused us of not paying the deposit we paid back in January and unless we paid the full amount could not stay here. Had to print off my bank statement to prove I had paid this although booked through Expedia so this should have been done through them. Spent 2 hours checking in due to these issues. The reception is not a far walk to the apartment but the receptionist could not explain how to get here and gave us an incorrect street name - After 3 phone calls, a text and googlemaps later we arrived. Charge for everything towels, air con etc per day - give you these along with sheets to lug across to the apartment with all your luggage. Also if your staying for the festival they charge 300 euros deposit which wasn't stated before booking. Also was a hassle to ask to check out early and after having our room checked at 6am had to walk to reception to collect deposit and drop off keys (why they couldn't of done this at the room I do not know)

FIB (Festival) was 20 euro taxi away although this was difficult initially managed to get the number of a taxi man and pre arranged a pick up time the night before. After all the taxis its probably worth just paying to stay in Benicassim itself. The pool is nice to chill at although no sunbeds. Beach just a 2 minute walk. Not a lot going on in Oropesa to be fair.
