Pros:

Close to downtown free breakfast. Eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, etc

Cons:

Office chair in room. Don't lean back! I dont think it has a stopping point. I almost fell out of it! Other than that they are decent if your like we are and dont stay in room but to sleep!

Finally an affordable and good motel!
Pros:

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable but the room was a little too cold for us. We will be back! :)

Cons:

Breakfast was okay. I wish they had peanut butter because I was planning on having a peanut butter sandwich before my hike. But the eggs and sausages were good and the biscuits as well.

Overall, good value, great location, worth the money.
Pros:

The location is great! You can easily access the village downtown and it’s basically across from the Ripley’s aquarium down the side alley.

Cons:

When we first got there and we’re given a room. The AC didn’t work and it smelled. I went to the front desk and let her know she came over immediately tried to reset the AC and then she moved us into another room. We enjoyed the other room.

The free trolley stops outside so it is easy to get anywhere in Gatlinburg.

De ligging van de accommodatie.

Cons:

Erg kleine ontbijtzaal met teveel gasten. De kwaliteit van het eten was matig. De roomservice was minimaal, alleen de prullenbak werd geleegd en handdoeken vervangen.

Pros:

Second booking at this property in the last year. Stays have both been wonderful. Staff has been amazing. Great value for our stay. We love the location - a short walk to the Village and Parkway.
