Good experience, would stay here again.
Pros:

The location was great, just off the strip and within walking distance to all the major attractions.

Clean, great location, wonderful staff.
Pros:

We stayed here in December of 2025. The property was located downtown with a walking distance near the Aquarium and with shopping. The facility is being actively renovated but the room we stayed in was updated and very nice. There were no disturbances from the renovation.

Cons:

I can’t name a think I didn’t like.

Great oasis near downtown Gatlinburg
Pros:

2nd floor rooms were easy to reach via wide staircases. Room keys worked the first time tried. Rooms were big and airy with great balconies. All appliances worked well. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was readily available with good pressure in the shower. There was renovation going on at the motel at the time of my stay but it did not interfere with my stay in any way. Good access to main street Gatlnburge.

Can't think of anything.

I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Their being remodeled, so breakfast was not very good. I was definitely upset especially when one of the factors in choosing this hotel was it advertised on its site breakfast included. It even showed pictures of a nice buffet and said it usually charges $15. My wife and I were not happy.

Cons:

The bath vent fan made horrible noise and sometimes wouldn’t work at all.

Pros:

It was nice beds comfortable the only complaint I have is you need bigger towels to dry with. Our towels was the size of my kitchen towels. Not big enough to put my hair up after washing it.

Me encantó el lugar

Todo realmente todo

Cons:

Lo único que deberían es lavar mejor las sábanas ya que las que tenía la habitación mía tenían olor a cigarrillo y a sudor de la persona que estaba anteriormente
