A bit disappointed
Pros:

They are completing renovations and the workers set up right outside both of our rooms. As well the parking lot was parked with all of their vehicles (in front of our rooms). When I went to the front desk they stated they had no idea they were set up outside our rooms. Now why when you have guests wouldn't you at least say something to your workers. It isn't the workers fault, I blame the building management. Not only is it an inconvenience but would think safety would be an issue as well.

We pay for the very late check out time and it was approved to check out at 1 but then they came knocking on our door at 11 rushing us out.

Location is good, can walk into the town
So it should have been a good experience but it wasn't.

Cons:

The staff were not exactly friendly and were unapologetic regarding the cancellation of breakfast for our entire stay. Had we known breakfast was no longer available we would have booked somewhere else. The hotel was undergoing renovations with our corridor resembling a building site on arrival. Building work continued for our entire stay. I understand these things happen, but there was no prior communication or appology for this either. Just poor from the staff.
No I'm not one to complain, but this attitude here just really wound me up.

The old bait and switch
Pros:

This has been my worst stay in Gatlinburg in 48 years. I used priceline all the amenities listed don't exist. No gym, no breakfast, internet is slower the 3g. The rooms are 100 sq. Feet but listed at 300 sq. Feet. The motel staff have continuously lied about everything. The room doesn't look like this picture. It is smaller and old carpets. Dont stay here.
