We really enjoyed our stay the room was nice and everything worked great the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean the location is perfect for doing activities on the Gatlinburg strip and parking is great even if you got a bigger pickup or suv we will continue to use this spot in future stays

Cons:

No complaints at all my only advice to ppl who stay here is it is on a side street bears are becoming more common in Gatlinburg we seen one go through the parking lot on the second night so remember never leave food in your cars and lock your car doors as they are smart enough to open them and be aware of your surroundings again this isn't a complaint just giving advice because we infact did see a bear in the parking lot and in Gatlinburg on the strip

It was ok for the price not luxury. But you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Room was clean and good location to downtown

Cons:

Front desk staff acted like they didn’t want to be there, no smiles, barely spoke This was during both check in and out. Toilet seat did not fit right and kept sliding, the faucet on the sink was loose. Breakfast area never setup on time

The location was a block from downtown so we could walk there and not get caught in traffic.
