Would NOT Recommend! Would not stay.
Pros:

We stayed here because of the limited options for 1 night lodging. The location was very good. The lady at checkin was nice.

Cons:

The condition of this hotel is very poor. The room was supposedly renovated but it was sub standard. The odor upon entering the room was terrible, moldy smelling. The bedding was acceptable but smelled heavily of bleach. The condition of the door, the floors, the off-set toilet seat, the shower head encrusted with lime, the fallen leaves on the patio, all made for a poor experience. The worse was the overall very bad smell in the room. And the doors are old and dirty. We woke up very early and were very happy to leave. Wouldn’t stay here ever again. Since the rate was non refundable we had to stay the night. We travel a lot and sorry to say this is the most pitiful hotel.

Best Accommodation in Old Town, Fl.!!
Pros:

The location was perfect and convenient for us. They are under renovation right now, but clearly, they will be making a lots of improvements. Very nice couple manages, and they are delightful. They were so accommodating and friendly. I got hugs from "Santa" when I left. That statement will make sense after your visit.

Cons:

Not enough lights in the room.
The shower didn't work properly.

No Place in the room to sit other than on the bed. No breakfast options. Pricey with no amenities other than a view.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The motel is conveniently located right next to the highway, which makes it easy to find and perfect for travelers. The backyard area with barbecue facilities and a place to sit by the river is absolutely wonderful - you don’t even feel like you’re near the road. A peaceful and relaxing spot!

Pros:

This is a great little roadside motel. Remodeled and fresh paint. I would say I did not give 5 stars for 2 reasons: the price is just high for both the area and the type of motel it is. I would normally expect to pay $100 not $200. And the “balconies” you kind of anticipate having an actual balcony over the river but it’s really just a little deck built behind each room. They are cute but I would not really consider that a balcony. Very close to Fanning Springs. Pretty loud at night due to trucks on the road outside.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Bring your own toilet paper and kleenex. The tp was EXTREMELY thin, no kleenex. Also, a deck of cards. The wifi was sporadic and so no tv. Beautiful setting on the Suawnee River, but alittle noise from US 19. The pool looked nice, although we didn't use it. The beds are comfortable and the room was extremely clean and updated. I would go back.

Pros:

Saw this on Motel Rescue and decided to make a weekend of the springs and antique shopping with my husband and daughter. It was a wonderful stay! I wish we could’ve had a balcony with a better view but we will definitely be back!
