Pas grand-chose
La moquette était sale. Le wifi quasi inexistant. On nous a trompé sur le prix du menu (que nous n’avons vu affiché nul part , pas même sur le menu en papier sur la table ) en nous disant que c’était 35 euros pour deux alors qu’en réalité c’est 35 euros par personne. Le prix était certainement de 35 euros par personne mais je suis affirmative que l’on nous a dit autre chose à la réception, nous n’avons soi-disant pas bien compris !
J’ai très compris !!
De plus, grosse déception sur le petit déjeuner que nous avions payé lors de la réservation… tellement quelconque que nous n’avons même pas petit déjeuner les deux derniers jours..le seul déjeuner sur place très moyen et vu le prix ( 70 euros pour
deux ) finalement c’était très mauvais.
En toute objectivité c’est un hôtel pour personnes très âgées qui ne sont pas très regardants et viennent faire une cure thermale. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !!

Su Booking l’offerta non è in realtà un offerta perché non comprende nulla, solo l’alloggio.
L’ambiente tranquillo
La struttura, pur essendo uno stabilimento termale, non offre alcun servizio che non sia a pagamento. Compreso l’accesso a due piscine semplicissime dove bisogna faticare a trovare uno sdraio e un ombrellone libero. Naturalmente tutti gli extra non sufficientemente evidenziati in fase di prenotazione ma resi palesi al momento della conferma del soggiorno con pagamento già effettuato e non revocabile. Risultato: prenotazione per due notti euro 176,00 - costo servizi pseudo obbligatori euro poco meno di 300 euro; in sintesi 459 euro per due notti. Decisamente troppo per quella struttura e quei servizi.

Having to purchase pool access along with cap a bit much. All should be provided in the price of the room. Not a good deal.

additional charges for both swimming pools, even though it indicated on Booking.com that they charged for the thermal pool, but the second pool had no additional charge. the setup is not for couples or anyone not waiting to have the full package of bed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. it is all built around large group activities for additional charges. It felt more like a sanitorium than a hotel
The bar staff were good and friendly
To use the pool it cost 30euros per person per day, that wasn't advertised...when dinner was being served the bar shut, what about the people who didn't have dinner there, like us we couldn't even get a drink!!! I asked the receptionist who could have got me a drink she refused, I manage hotels and resorts and the customer service was lacking
