Found out that the fridge had been turned off, ruining our expensive wine and food.
Towels weren’t replaced.
The night staff member that I spoke to about it was quite rude and abrupt.

Pros:

It's obvious that the room needs an update especially the extremely loud old spa bath. Bed was really hard. However the staff were wonderful the room was clean and location was excellent.

Make sure you're willing to park on your car on the street when you stay here.

Cons:

The fact that even if you request a parking space with your online booking you are not allowed to park in the hotel parking! There were available parks when we arrived, and I was told on the phone that if we arrived by check in and there were available spots we could have a parking spot however when we arrived, we were told that we had to be staying for 7 nights to be allowed to have a parking spot, and we had to park our car on the street. Also there were cockroaches in our room.

Mainstay
Pros:

Perfect location and staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and bed was super comfortable. We went there for our Anniversary, and Mainstay Suites staff left us a beautiful note and chocolates. ❤️ We will definitely be back there again.
