The location was good.

Cons:

The shower in the ensuite was covered in mould, the dishwasher smelt bad and many of the dishes were not cleaned properly.

I have stayed at the Alex Perry before and it meets all my needs, very close to my son's residence.
Pros:

Everything went well. My only irritation was that apparently there was a leak that impacted the bottom floor/lobby and for the last few days of our trip there were loud fans all over the floor

Fine for one night.
Pros:

Layout of room was fantastic, I was pleasantly surprised by the separate living room and kitchenette.

Cons:

The couch was dirty and had a smell, there was someone else's chewing gum stuck to the seat of the couch that I didn't see until I had sat on it.
