Katastrophal, nie wieder.
Pros:

Nichts. Das Hotel ist alt und runter gerockt. Das Hotel ist definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert. Höchstens 3

Cons:

Dreckig, unfreundliches Personal, schlechte Long Drinks , viele Russen

Pros:

Ansich für eine Woche ok, Zimmer ausreichend, gute Lage zum Strand und Einkauf tätigen , Spa bereich super

Cons:

Lange auf das Reinigungspersonal warten oder teilweise garnicht gereinigt , erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache, Strand und Poolbar - Essen wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Sauberkeit wenn man früh zum Frühstück geht, auf dem Weg dorthin sah man einiges an Unrat von anderen Gästen oder auch Katzenkot, außenbereich Frückstück erst ab 8uhr gereinigt und eingedeckt, Frühstück beginnt jedoch um 7 und die ganze Zeit schlechtes bis garkein Internet.

Wouldn’t reccomend staying here if you’re English.
Pros:

Lots of options for food throughout the day, snack bars pancakes, beach bar etc. The entertainment staff were so kind and friendly and the pools had something for everyone.

Cons:

The general staff - receptionists and spa staff - were not friendly at all. They actually made us feel quite unwelcome and like we were causing them a burden. We were the only English people in the hotel from what the entertainment staff told us and we actually felt slightly discriminate by this. The main staff were quite rude to us, and from what we could see they were not like this with anyone else. We were very polite and easy going customers I couldn’t see why we were being treated this way. Super unhelpful and ruined what was otherwise a fantastic hotel. (This does not include restaraunt or entertainment staff they were lovely)

Not a good experience
Pros:

The view from lobby balcony. That's all.

Cons:

Very dirty everywhere. Room was very dark and had unpleasant smell. It was a feeling you sleep in a cellar. The beds were uncomfortable. No sound isolation at all. Poor amusement.
I am happy we were there only one day.

My worst all-inclusive ever
Pros:

Decent food selection for the provided meals. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good air conditioning in the room. Nice swimming pools. Clean sheets and towels in the room.

Cons:

Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Starting from unavailability of the rooms that I have booked. Very old, teared and used hotel with mostly everything broken, half-broken or ill-repaired. Literally a piece of ceiling fell down in the middle of the lunch in the restaurant. Cleaning is not very thorough, floor in my bathroom was never cleaned in 6 days. Poor views from most of the rooms, noise and dust in the area around. Lame, noisy and constantly repeating entertainment, full of ruzzians with children, making the atmosphere very unpleasant. A market (bazaar) inside and around the hotel. Beach is 600 meters away, dirty sand and sea.

Good
Pros:

we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we arrived at around 11pm but still their resturant was open. The weather wasn't sunny and dry so our children couldn't enjoy the slides but the pools were amazing. At dinner they serve variety of foods, staff at the restaurant were very polite. We spent a very short time at their beach but the sand was very nice and they had a nice beach bar.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny. They didn't mention at booking that they will give us room in the other building, during our stay it was raining and we faced a big trouble walking over a slippery floody balcony to reach the restaurant for Breakfast, lunch and dinner, even to go to the Lobby we had to float over a slippery balcony full of water. Every time we were soaking wet if we went to the lobby from our room. I wish they mentioned on BOOKING COM that the guests have to walk in rain every time they will go in or out of their room. In the lobby at snack time they serve just sweet snacks like biscuits and cake slice, not any sandwich or any salty stuff. The room wasn't like a 5 star hotel's room.
