The Mt Buller Snow Guarantee provides a money back guarantee on all prepaid accommodation, lift ticket, rental and lesson packages in the event that insufficient snow cover prevents at least four of the “Snow Guarantee” lifts from operating in the two days before your scheduled arrival. If the Snow Guarantee lifts are not operating in the two days before your scheduled arrival date, you can contact your booking agent or Hotel Pension Grimus (if booked direct) to change your booking to a later date or cancel your booking and receive your money back. You cannot take advantage of the Snow Guarantee on the day of your scheduled arrival nor during your stay, only up to 5pm on the day prior to your arrival date
There are multiple transport options to get to the Hotel. If you are driving a vehicle, although the roads are cleared of snow as required, it is compulsory to carry wheel chains in your vehicle. Once you enter the Mountain (gate entry fees apply) you drive to the carparks, where oversnow 4WD taxis bring you to the hotel, for an additional charge. Shower was terrible. Virtually no pressure and either way too hot or cold. Expensive for room quality. Restaurant doesn’t host kids after 6pm
Staff was really helpful and rooms were bigger than I expected, hotel was located in a village just near the lift(ABOM express ). I did not have breakfast option as it was pricy and our apartment had big kitchen but had dinner at hotel restaurant and that was really good,
Mt,Buller has limited access by car and was not convenient about that but this hotel has nothing to do with that.

飯店位子離纜車很近，租借器材也很方便，房間暖氣超級溫暖，冬天去滑雪還能睡到流汗，唯一缺點就是早餐選擇太少了。

going up the stairs probably 3 storey with 15-20kg luggages is horrible. you get tired even before hiting the snow. request for lower location room if you have heavy luggages.
