Traditional Brewery Guest House with all the Modern Touches
Pros:

Great location. Close to Bamberg but far enough out to avoid the crowds.
Amazingly customer focused staff - always made welcome, especially when travelling solo.
Quality beer brewed on site. Two other brew pubs walkable.
I went out of my way to return here. I would do again.

Tiptop! Vor allem das gute Bier.
Pros:

Gutes Bier! Großer kostenloser Parkplatz. Einfacher Check-In. Nettes Personal. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist leider nicht mehr so gut wie es vor ein paar Jahren war.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist hell und sauber. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein gutes Frühstück. Im Zimmer war ein Schreibtisch. Auch der Ausblick zur Kirche war schön. Trotz Weihnachtsmarkt an der Kirche war das Zimmer ruhig. Zum Hotel gehört ein Gasthof mit Bierspezialitäten aus eigenem Haus und leckerem Essen.

Das Bett hat etwas geknarzt.

sehr gutes Landhotel
Pros:

gutes Frühstücksbüffet und Restaurant, kostenloses Parken, sehr gutes eigenes Bier, besonders eigenes Rauchbier (alternative zu Schlenkerla) vor den Toren von Bamberg, mit Auto problemlos.

Cons:

soweit ich gesehen habe gab es keinen Aufzug, aber das Gebäude hat nur 3 Stock
