Bier, food and cleanliness are perfect.
Pros:

The cleanliness is perfect and all the staff was very helpful. The restaurant and the bier are wonderful.

Cons:

The localization is not perfect and I didnt like the pillow.

Traditional Brewery Guest House with all the Modern Touches
Pros:

Great location. Close to Bamberg but far enough out to avoid the crowds.
Amazingly customer focused staff - always made welcome, especially when travelling solo.
Quality beer brewed on site. Two other brew pubs walkable.
I went out of my way to return here. I would do again.
