Perfect peaceful location with very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is beautiful. Adjacent to a Salad growing farm that was immaculate and very pretty. View from our room was of a lake within the garden and garden was well tended and attractive. Plenty of space to park Scooters safely. Quiet location only 15mins away from the bustling tourist area of Hoi An. Staff were very attentive and our room was spacious and comfortable.

Book while you have a chance
Pros:

Breakfast is like a vegetarian Michelin star restaurant, there are meat options just not that many, I know I'm exaggerating here, but it was very high level and cooked with care and love. So make sure to book with bf. The staff is lovely from Sarah at reception to the great auxiliary staff helping with luggage or cleaning the rooms. Every single one deserves a shout out. The location is in the middle of tra que veggie village with many beautiful farms. It's so tranquil there, didn't hear anything at night. Still, there are a lot of really nice eateries around.

Anyway, make sure to book a room if you can get it, I'll defo be back.

Tranquil stay in the countryside
Pros:

The hotel is in a very tranquil area near the vegetable gardens. It has an awesome pool and you can rent bicycles for free to cycle around the area.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was huge with a lot of windows.

Cons:

The wifi was not the best.
The place is already amazing but if you would buy some board games and a resident cat it would be perfect :D

Pros:

Établissement avec un personnel au top ! La piscine est jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La location de l’hôtel est top si vous avez un scooter, voiture ou vélo ( à 10mins du centre ville en scoot et à 5 mins de la plage en scoot).
Petit + : la sécurité de l’hôtel et notre linge lavé le matin pour l’après midi !

Tänne tulen uudestaan!
Pros:

Suuri, tilava huone, rauhallinen sijainti. Kävelymatka esimerkiksi rannalle ja pyöriä oli saatavilla ilmaiseksi hotellilta. Kylpyhuoneessa spa-henkeä. Loistava aamiainen listalta tilattuna. Henkilökunta oli hyvin avuliasta ja auttoi tarvittaessa mm suosittelemalla muita palveluita kaupungissa ja lentokenttäkuljetusten järjestämisessä.

Cons:

Huoneissa oli hieman kostea tuoksu, sillä ilmastointi oli päällä vain, kun itse oli huoneessa. Se ei kuitenkaan haitannut.

Wish I was staying longer.

Everything!! Staff made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and all through our 2 night stay. They were so lovely 😍 the location was a bit out of the main town, but it was lovely and peaceful. You are basically staying in a village.

Everything was Perfect
Pros:

We booked here very spontaneously the day before. I would say it is perhaps one of the most beautiful places we stayed in Vietnam. The property is quite well maintained and very clean, and the garden is simply fantastic. The staff were very friendly, we had a really good time.
I can only recommend this place.

Perfect Place to relax
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful hotel. The garden is beautiful, very Food Restaurant and a nice Pool! It all creates a very relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, with Sunset view, which made it even more enjoyable. The area is very quiet, perfect for unwinding, yet you can borrow bikes for free and reach the old town in just 15 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. It’s an ideal place to switch off and relax. Unfortunately, I only stayed one night, but I would come back again without hesitation!

Pros:

One of my favourite properties I've stayed in so far in Vietnam! Sarah and her staff are so kind, friendly and welcoming and the location/views surrounding the area are just perfect for a nice stay in Hoi An. Turn right you have the beach and turn left you have the old town/markets. Right in the middle of where everything is but still quiet and relaxed and the pool was lovely after a hot day of exploring. The rooms are so big and comfortable and the view from the balcony overlooking the water and rice fields was perfect. There is a restaurant on site and a nice little pond to walk around to see different views of the fields. Only a 25 minute motorbike journey to Marble Mountains in Da Nang and roughly 50 minutes to get to Ba Na Hills if interested. Motorbikes can be rented through the property or if not comfortable you can also get bicycles!

Overall this was perfect and I will definitely return when I am next in Hoi An

Best value for money ever!
Pros:

Loved the lovation near garden, 2 excellent restaurants and best coffee place near by, loved the design, the pool, the garden view, the big room, comfy bed, not too soft.

Cons:

Only pillow cover always smelled a bit damp, but was clean and this is just a mini feedback - otherwise i absolutely loved it here!

Место тихое и спокойное,для тех кто не любит тусовки и шумные места,до моря на велосипеде 5 минут!
Завтраки вкусные,выбор одного блюда на выбор + напиток !
Номер был делюкс с видом на сад! В номере шампунь,гель,зубная счетка и паста + расческа ,фен,холодильник и платный бар!

Pros:

Personnel sympathique, souriant et prévenant. Petit-déjeuner délicieux. Chambre spacieuse et propre.
Location de scooter simple. Vélo gratuit sur place. Emplacement calme près des potagers, en dehors de la vieille ville.
