Important information:

Children under the age of 3 are not allowed in the kids' club.

We inform you that Sotavento Beach club will be undergoing maintenance and conservation works in one of our pools(pool without animation) between November 17th and December 7th 2025.
The afected zone won't be accesible for guests, there will be no visual affectations.
The rest of the facilities, the rest of the pools included will be fully operational.
Maintenace work will be performed Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, always keeping in mind the comfort and wellbeing of our guests.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr gross und hat viele Angebote. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick ist traumhaft. Ich konnte auf meinem Balkon "sünnele" und nicht genug vom schönenen Meerblick bekommen. Ich habe diese Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist riesig und fein allerdings könnte es mehr vegetarische Alternativen geben. Mit Alternativen meine ich nicht nur Gemüse, sondern Tofu oder Vegi Schnitzel etc...

Cons:

Leider wurde beim Zimmerputzen den Dreck einfach auf den Balkon gewischt.
Das Warmwasser war nach 5 Minuten bereits kalt.
Beim Buchen war mir nicht bewusst, dass man für viele kleine Dinge extra bezahlen muss (Fitness, Seife?...) Auch für die Getränke am Abend musste ich bezahlen, trotzdem Halbpension, davon hörte ich beim Einchecken zum ersten Mal.
Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet für zum selberkochen, war zum Glück nicht notwendig, da das Essen am Buffet fein war.

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is large and we had the 1st floor (2 flights of stairs) room with kitchenette. I think we were the only british speaking holiday makers except for a guest we met from london the day before we left. The room itself was basic but clean. Entertainment, tv and most literature was in German or Spanish!! Food was bland and not much variety for vegans or anyone on a gluten free diet!! Plus side was our balcony was a perfect spot for sunbathing. Staff did not always speak English so communication was challenging. The resort would suit german spanish, dutch holiday makers. We will not be returning!!

Pros:

It was just nice to get away and get some warm sunshine. We both had a relaxing time.

Cons:

Disapointed with the beach . We were told that the tide had washed most of the sand away.

Pros:

Die Lage der Apartments war toll, mit Verbindungstür dazwischen und Terrasse direkt am Pool. Für Urlaub mit Kindern unbezahlbar.
Zudem haben wir den Pool vor der Terrasse gehabt wo es schön ruhig war, ohne ständige Animation, das mögen wir nämlich alle nicht so. Für den Erholungswert war es unbezahlbar und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß auf dem Spielplatz und im Kids Club..
Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und das Abendbuffet war ebenfalls sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Pros:

Zdecydowanie na plus było wyżywienie: duży wybór, bardzo smaczne. Wieczory tematyczne np. Wieczór meksykański, włoski, etc. Sklepik na terenie ośrodka również bardzo ok, zarówno jeśli chodzi o asortyment jak i ceny. Basen ok, ale ciężko o wolne leżaki.

Cons:

Na minus: brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, brak czajnika. Serwis sprzątający przez cały tygodniowy pobyt był tylko 2 razy.

Obiekt dość rozległy i blisko plaży, jednak plaża trochę kamienista ale z 5 minut piechotą jest fajna plaża. Dwa baseny przyzwoitych rozmiarów, leżaki jeżeli nie zarezerwujecie z rana to nie ma co liczyć, dość mocno zużyte i zabrudzone średnia przyjemność na nich leżeć. Z jedzenia korzystaliśmy z śniadań i kolacji. Śniadania codziennie to samo ale każdy coś wybierze dla siebie, kolacje nieco zmieniane, ogólnie z Turcją nie do porównania ale głodni nie będziecie chodzić. Goście to faktycznie głównie Niemcy, ale spokojnie najważniejsze sprawy można załatwić po angielsku.

Cons:

Największy minus to brak klimatyzacji w pokojach na co nie zwróciliśmy uwagi przed rezerwacją więc jeśli dostaniecie pokój na parterze to współczuję. Mimo rezerwacji pokoju z widokiem na ocean dostaliśmy pokój na parterze w drugiej linii gdzie przy wyjściu na balkon gdzieś w oddali między budynkami można było dostrzec niewielki kawałek oceanu. Całe szczęście po rozmowie w recepcji pokój wymieniono nam na taki w pierwszej linii i widok był ekstra. Łóżka dla dzieci mało wygodne te dla dorosłych ok, ale pościel ma bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach potu.

Also asked to email me a menu in English and didn’t had any reply
On the last day I’ve asked if we can have lunch instead of dinner and I’ve been told NO
In general hotel is ok and has access to the beach but the rest isn’t great especially if you don’t speak German or Spanish

Pros:

8 Tage All-Inclusive mit meinen erwachsenen Kindern Mitte Mai, wir hatten alle Erholung dringend nötig.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, alles sauber und funktional und ansprechend. Kurze Wege zum Sandstrand. Die Zimmer geräumig und mit großen Balkonen ausgestattet, mit hatten wunderschönen seitlichen Meerblick. Ein 2. Pool ohne Animation war für uns der Platz zum entspannen. Herausragend gut das All-In Buffet. Sehr abwechlungsreich und gute Qualität. Das mehrfache Highlight jeden Tages. Zusätzlich IMMER aufmerksames, freundliches und deutschsprachiges Personal. Und auch die Abendunterhaltung und das Sportangebot hat uns gut gefallen.

Alles in allem ein ganz toller Urlaub und das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung.

Nice compound but improvements in customer service deeply needed
Pros:

Very beautiful compound, well maintained, beautiful garden and flower arrangement. The playground is in a good condition. The food was fine; but we realized that for us breakfast would have been sufficient; as you don’t experience the canary island food if you eat at the buffet every evening

Cons:

Customer service was not really present; very rude reception; at check out no one asked if we liked the Stay. Room cleaning is done in 5 mins; bedsheets were not changed and mattress was very dirty. Everything is charged extra (Gym), deposit for towels. The beach in front of the hotel not suitable for kids (you have to walk a bit to reach a stone free beach). No lunch options at the hotel if you’re on Half Board

Perfect stay near the ocean in very clean and nice hotel.
Pros:

Very close to ocean, clean room. Nice swimming pool. Lot of activities. Very delicious meals, grate choice even for children.

Cons:

Extra payment for drinks at dinner (for half board). It wasn't clearly described. Maybe we would choose all inclusive if we knew it.
