Pros:

Big difference from my stay last year at the hotel. This year, everything has regressed, from service to cleanliness, etc. The hotel has great potential though.

Cons:

Staff needs a lot of training on how to deal with guests, language used, anticipation of needs, providing luxury service.

Pros:

This is my second time in this hotel, the rooms & view is acceptable. However the size of the room, price, location, , concierge, and staff service are extremely good compared.

Cons:

The price of room service and in the lobbey is extremely high.
The beach is normal and not meeting 5 star hotel

I’d definitely return back to the hotel
Pros:

Beautiful property, excellent service and special thanks to concierge that was able to assist me with private transfers on short notice on more than just one occasion.

Loved the beach, and the rooms were excellent.
