Pleasant stay
Pros:

Wonderful customer experience, great room with awesome views
Pros:

The sea view room was spacious, offering excellent views from the balcony. We celebrated my sister’s birthday and they provided us with a wonderful setup upon checkin. The guest relations team Eda and Yasemin consistently delivered an exceptional service to ensure our stay was delightful.

Cons:

While restaurants offer excellent views, great ambiance and exceptional service, the food could’ve been executed better. It’s a bummer when most items from the menu at the Beach Hill restaurant were not satisfactory. The selection at the breakfast buffet which was included in the stay only included eggs station, salad & fruits, cereal and desserts — it could benefit from adding more international options.

Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt mit ein paar unangenehmen Aspekten.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer tollen Lage und ist wunderschön in in einem Hang eingebettet. Die Gestaltung der ganzen Anlage ist gelungen. Das Hotel bietet ausreichende Möglichkeiten an Aktivitäten (Pool, Wellness, Strand, Fitness, Tischtennis, Coiffeur und dgl.). Unser Hotelzimmer war großzügig und stets sauber. Das Zimmer riecht gut. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch am Strand. Der Service ist aussergewöhnlich und sie sind kommunikativ. Wenn en technischer Fehler unterläuft, oder etwas beanstandet wird, wird der Fehler sofort behoben und mit einer zusätzlichen Bemühung behoben, so dass Sie nichts zu bemängeln haben. Oft haben wir im Zimmer respektive auf unserem grosszügigen Balkon Abend gegessen, aufgrund des tollen Service und einer super Applikation mit welcher der Gast über einen QR Code gelangt. Das Frühstück ist sehr grosszügig und bietet für jedes Herz etwas. Das Gemüse schmeckt sehr gut und ist immer frisch. Der Strand mit den verschiedenen Angeboten ist top. Das Wasser war sehr sauber. Wer die aufgeführten Punkte für ein Hotel sucht, kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch für Familien die es mit ihren Kindern etwas ruhiger wünschen ist die Anlage zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Preise für das Essen sind zu hoch. Das Geschäft würde viel besser laufen und der Durchlauf wäre viel höher, wenn die Preise ca. 20% tiefer wären. Im Anhang sind die Preise zu den Verpflegungen angefügt. Auch die Getränke sind maßlos überteuert (am Strand, im Hotel, in der Minibar). Auch die Süssigkeiten von der Minibar sind exorbitant überteuert. Dieselben Produkte und Getränke bei einem lokalen Laden in unmittelbarer Nähe kosten ca. 10-20 mal weniger, was wir getestet haben. Es ist verständlich, das die Preise der Produkte im Hotel höher sein müssen als in einem lokalen Laden, aber mit bitte mit Mass. Auch der Preis (100 Euro!) für eine Cabana am Strand ist auch für ein 5 Sterne Hotel dreist. In den 7 Tagen habe ich keine Gäste gesehen welche die Cabanas nutzten. Die Cabanas waren immer leer. Wenn Sie für die Cabanas 50 Euro und mit zwei Flaschen Wasser gekühlt in einem Eisbehälter und einer Fruchtplatte anbieten würden, würden die Gäste eher ein exlusivität in diese Richtung nutzen, aber so bleibt die Nachfrage weiterhin gering. Der in der Hotelanlage zur Verfügung stehende Shop ist total überteuert. Wie bei den Süssigkeiten und Getränken in der Minibar, können Gäste im nächstgelegenen Laden die selben Produkte wie Shop des Hotels (Sonnencreme, Badeaccessoires) 4 bis 5 mal günstiger beschaffen. Auch hier empfehle ich den Betreibern die Preise zu senken, wenn Sie die Nachfrage steigern möchten. Wenn das Management es schafft die negativ aufgeführten Punkte zu verbessern hat das Hotel potential, einen viel besseren Eindruck zu hinterlassen.

Pros:

Lovely location. Hotel facilities are Ok. Spa facilities could be better, steam room was warm. All swimming pool are freezing at the hotel including kids pool. Food was OK, best chips every cant lie. Staff very unhelpful except for the two ladies which are on available till 6pm or 8pm and management.

Rooms OK, but again could be better. Shower need revamping, and room had a smell. This maybe due to location close to seafront. Room service didn't clean balcony for entire staff. And no milk or alternative in room just black coffee.

Cons:

Sea very rough and beach front very rocky.
Staff at reception useless and rude at times.
Alcohol prices at hotel bar ridiculous.
Some facilities in room needs a revamp.

Beautiful spot
Pros:

Loved this place. It was a bit of a drive to the town of Bodrum but we enjoyed being between Turgutreis and Yalikavak. You needed a car to stay here. We did dinner at these two places which were fun places to visit. The hotel is an incredible place. On a hill so be ready for walks to the beach or get the cart.

Cons:

I did find the food and drinks expensive. But the breakfast was amazing

perfect escape
Pros:

This resort in Bodrum was my first summer beach destination and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The view of the clear blue sea, the sound of the waves and the relaxing cabanas by the water made it unforgettable. Everything felt calm and peaceful, the perfect escape for summer. I have no regrets about coming here was truly worth it.

Огромные номера - комфортные и с приятным дизайном. Большая ухоженная территория. Прекрасный пляж с удобными лежаками. Персонал оперативно решает все возникающие вопросы. В номерах очень тихо; как и во всем отеле. Отличный консьерж - внимательны ко всем вашим пожеланиям.

Cons:

Сам Отель довольно странный - в нем вообще нет людей. Пустые лежаки на пляже, единичные отдыхающие на пляже, несколько человек на завтраке (наверное поэтому завтрак очень скромный). Уборка номеров могла бы быть лучше - мусор на балконе не убирали три дня.

Cons:

the bathroom toiletries were wrong (there were 2 hair conditioners but no shower gel). There were only 2 cups for coffee/tea yet our suite slept 4. There were no teaspoons with the cups for stirring drinks

The staff were extremely helpful in whatever we had queries with. Especially Eda and Yasemine. All of them. We had to cut short our trip due to a family emergency and they were kind enough to refund our unused nights. Really appreciate it.
