On the whole we were happy with our stay
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and we all enjoyed it. The greeting and registration from the staff member was also very good. Our room was up to standard with comfortable beds.

Cons:

The bath did not have a bath plug and when I mentioned it when we left I was told "We do not supply them". This meant when I returned late at night looking forward to a nice soak I could only have a shower.

Overnight stay
Pros:

The room was spacious

Cons:

We were put in a room that was quite clearly for a disabled guest, there were two other guests that were elderly and commented re the stairs so more appropriate for them. The rooms were cold unless heating was on which wasn’t scheduled until 7pm as it was cold it was out on at 5pm.

Good clean property
Pros:

Good breakfast . No any cooked food . But ok

Cons:

Showerhead broken . Couldn't inform to receptionist as no receptionist in the building. Broken sink. Try to tell receptionist. But no one there.

Muy buen lugar para descansar, dormir, desayunar y seguir paseando.
Pros:

La ubicación, excelente. Justo en una parada de bus, con líneas que te conectan con la estación de tren y el centro de Liverpool en menos de 20 minutos.

Cons:

La señal wifi un poco inestable.

A mostly positive experience. Thankyou
Pros:

Its an older hotel but tastefully decorated. The staff were helpful
And we had a drink at the small private bar. The room was mostly warm and the bed was big.
It was near the park and also we got a bus to the airport today for just £2
directly across from hotel. Also the was a good even though it was continental.

Cons:

Well I struggled with the 2 flights of steep stairs I didnt book a disabled room on a lower floor. But I never mentioned this to the hotel.

At that price, I'd consider staying here again

Old very very tired needs revamping still grotty stickers on floor from COVID times furniture all grubby our room had mould growing on walls the mattress was rubbish sank into the middle it was a long night no sleep breakfast continental very basic ceiling was leaking and no heating on in the breakfast room the only bit that was good was the free parking I would never stay here again or recommend it 😡

Shoddy...
Pros:

No point in free parking if there are no parking spaces...As the area is a definitely do not go out at night i did not realise when booking. The nearest takeaway was too far away and we did not feel safe there was no food available at hotel and breakfast was dismal...The bedroom window was cracked and the noise of the road was like sleeping in a tent, But staff were nice and helpful...

Cons:

No food available no snacks etc Area and the decor wasen't tired; it was exhausted...
