Pros:

A very compact little apartment located on a friendly and quiet side street. The staff were very kind, and it’s close to the beach with everything you need nearby (restaurants, shops, cafés). The historic city center was also within about a 20-minute walk, and you can get there through a beautiful park.

Cons:

Unfortunately, on the second night of our stay, a group of young people arrived in the apartment above us. They were already quite noisy at first, but on the third night they threw a loud house party. There was furniture being dragged around, shouting, clattering, and music—we didn’t get much sleep, which was especially unpleasant as we were traveling with a small child and I had to drive a lot the next day. Because of this, I cannot recommend this place.
