Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The apartment is in a good location, communication with the host was excellent, and the main bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. The apartment itself was in poor condition, with dirty walls and unreliable hot water. Sometimes there was hot water, sometimes there wasn’t, which was especially frustrating since we were traveling with a one-month-old baby.

One of the bedroom door handles is broken and keeps coming off every time you close the door. The indoor air conditioning unit is also very noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

The walls are incredibly thin, so we could clearly hear everything from both the upstairs apartment and the neighbors next door. On top of that, the windows provide almost no sound insulation, so every noise from the street comes straight into the apartment. Garbage collection often starts before 7:00 a.m., making it almost impossible to sleep in.

Overall, this apartment did not meet our expectations at all. The host was polite and communication was good, and the local staff were friendly, but for the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it unless you are willing to overlook the poor condition of the apartment and the excessive noise.

I chose this hotel because the Booking listing stated that smoking is not allowed in the rooms. However, it turned out that smoking is permitted on the balconies. This was quite uncomfortable, especially when guests on the balcony below were smoking marijuana and the smoke drifted directly into our apartment. During the hot summer weather, keeping the balcony door or windows closed is not always an option, which made the situation even more unpleasant. Especially when you live with kid.
