Looking forward to returning to Lac Megantic !

The location was central with a grocery store nearby.
This family-owned business is charming, clean, & well managed. Each family member works hard to ensure guests enjoy their stay at Lac Megantic. We were provided with information known to residents only of a lovely bay where we enjoyed gazing at the stars. An Amazing souvenir of beautiful Lac Megantic.

Would not ever even consider staying there again.
Pros:

Nothing…would not recommend to anybody.

Cons:

There was no breakfast. Really old property, old furniture. The bathroom was also very old. Renovations were never done.Staff was not there. Could not leave a message at front desk, mailbox was full!
View of the lake was a real joke. Balcony was old motel style…runs all along the outside so if you want privacy you have to keep the curtains closed. Hardly any English tv stations…I was told …well you are in Quebec!

Nous avons bien aimé l hôtel .
Les chambres sont très bien
L hôtel fournis le café avec de vrais cup de lait et non du lait en sachet le chocolat au lait et le thé .
Le restaurant très bonne nourriture et le personnel très souriant.

Très satisfait et nous le recommendions avec plaisir.
Pros:

Le service et la courtoisie du personnel, A notre arrivé moi qui a des probleme de santée le personnel qui nous a appercu sont venue nous aidez à monté nos valises à notre chambre sans qu'on leur demande.

Magnifique, très propre
Pros:

On a aimé la propreté de l'endroit, le personnel super gentil, l'odeur à propre, le confort de l'habitation, la salle de bain vraiment magnifique. Enfin tout était parfait.

Pros:

The on-site restaurant was convenient, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were a few things that could use maintenance (low water pressure and loose tile in the bathroom, and the air conditioning was intermittent)

Bien pour petit séjour
Pros:

Personnel sympathique, café et chocolat chaud offert. Mini frigo fonctionnel et un micro-ondes. Bon emplacement. Belle literie blanche propre.

Cons:

Un peu cher pour ce que c'est. Chambre quand même désuet et besoin de réno au goût du jour (salle de bain bleue!). C'était propre en majorité Mai aucun moyen de régler l'air clim comme on voulait.
