Localização, café da manhã, camas.

Cons:

Muito barulho nos corredores. A única noite que passei no hotel, não consegui dormir. Era um entra e sai de gente toda hora nos corredores e toda hora batendo as portas. Foi uma péssima noite.

Pros:

Boa opção em termos da relação custo-benefício em Uberlândia, principalmente para quem está a trabalho na região da UFU (como foi meu caso). O quarto para uma pessoa é bem razoável, possui frigobar e o banheiro tem tamanho bem razoável (só não dispõe de blister de xampu).
Café da manhã disponível a todos hóspedes e com boa variedade. Estacionamento gratuito.

uma pequena falta de isolamento acústico no quarto
