Cons:

O controle do ar parou de funcionar e apareceu duas baratas no banheiro, acredito que seja bom vedar o ralo do banheiro.

O quarto era agradável e limpo.

Cons:

Não gostei da ausência de opções inclusivas no café da manhã. Sou intolerante à lactose e praticamente só pude comer as frutas - o que é insuficiente para quem não conhece a cidade e está viajando a trabalho. Não seria tão difícil oferecer ovos sem manteiga, leite vegetal, algum tipo de pão e bolo sem leite.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Boa localização, em frente a UFU. Quarto confortável, silencioso e espaçoso. Custo benefício excelente.

Cons:

De manhã bem cedo o chuveiro demorava para esquentar. E a internet funcionava esporadicamente; não é um problema sério, mas é algo a se atentar, pois estava a trabalho.

Cons:

Da falta de variedade no café da manhã, foram 3 diárias com as mesmas quitandas e frutas todos os dias.
A acomodação não oferece shampoo.
