O checout nao foi agradavel.
Pros:

Das piscinas e do bar. No restaurante os funcionários bem atenciosos, comida boa, porem muito salgada. Tem criancas e idosos, tem que manetar no sal.

Cons:

Antecipei minha volta 1 dias antes. Como fiz regime 1/2 pensao (cafe da manha e jantar) solicitei se poderia trocar o horario da refeicao e almoçar .
Fui informada que nao poderia.
Alem de ter pago o jantar, tambem tive que pagar o almoco como extra.
Senti um descaso com o cliente, pois ja frequento este hotel desde sua inauguração.

Cons:

A única coisa que acho errado é nao ter um bebedouro de água. Com tanta água em um lugar e ter que comprar caro. Isso muita gente não gostou. So colocar um bom bebedouro industrial que da conta de encher garrafa de todo mundo.

Tudo limpo d confortável, gostamos muito.
A equipe de entretenimento sensacional, fui com minhas filhas uma de 12 e outra de 9 anos e elas se divertiram muito, com atrações todos os dias

Otima localização, no geral o hotel é bom mas poderia ser melhor
Pros:

Hotel esta perto do parque e a variedade dos cardápios é muito boa.

Cons:

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar, estávamos em 3 quartos, em dois os ar condicionados não estavam funcionando e tiveram que fazer manutenção durante a hospedagem. Sendo que um doa quartos teve que ser trocado durante a noite por conta desse problema. Banheiro sujo com cabelo e itens de higiene como sabonete dos hospedes anteriores. Rejunte mofado e sacada encardida.
Encontramos varias vezes seguidas as louças como pratos e xícaras sujas. Ja viemos varias vezes no hotel e este vem envelhecendo muito, sem manutenções regulares, dessa forma ficando fora do padrão comparado com o valor da diária e dos outros hotéis da rede.

A informação de pré check-in deveria ser passada logo na entrada já na portaria do estacionamento, desnecessário pegar a fila"enorme por sinal",para aí sim obter a informação do check-in e tbem no meu caso,faltou comunicação com o Booking, sequer tinham meus dados já salvos!
