Bathroom very small, no elevator, access to beach was not safe

I had to run the hot water forever (at least 5 minutes) before I could shower.

In the increasing heat these days it would be great to have air conditioning or perhaps additional fans, especially facing the sun.

No AC

It was really hard to open the door to the suite and it would be nice to have queen size beds instead of double.

I counted 8 spiders within these three days, I understand it's beachside but still not pleasent to find. The second step down from the front door is 3" taller, making it a tripping hazard every single time we left the room, which is especially troublesome whilst carrying your baby. Couple pots and utensils were dirty and greasy. The beds were too soft and it hurts to sleep on, although each person has a bed preference so I could overlook this.

When we had previously stayed here, we were in a room where the patio opened to the grass field and we could walk down the metal stairs and onto the beach. But this room, though it had a fence, was inaccessible to the beach as it had a screw to close shut the opening. Which meant if we want to haul our 10lbs of beach stuff down, we would exit through the front door, around the other rooms, into the enclosed grass field, past all the other rooms, and then down the stairs to the beach. Lesson learned to check that BEACH VIEW does not mean BEACH ACCESS. Such a bummer especially since we LOVED the direct access and that was the main reason why we chose to come again.

The absolute worst of all was the front door. It is a handle with a lock, but unlike a typical locked handle where you unlock and turn the handle, this door opens after you insert and turn the teeny tiny key head to unlock the heavy bolt. So inconsistent when it comes to opening the door that I actually dreaded leaving. We were never confident we could get back in which sucked when we're walking back from the beach, wet, cold and uncomfortable covered in sticky sand, standing outside for 5 minutes in a narrow hall waiting for this lock to open.

Overall, Sand pebbles Inn is a good location for what you pay for, we like the place but the Presidential Suite was not worth it and we won't be booking this particular room again.

The coffee maker was not idea. I would have preferred something more standard like a drip coffee with filters so you can bring your own coffee and make it. Also one of the lounge chairs on our balcony was broken and wasn't replaced while we were staying there. We got a camping chair, but we would have preferred the comfort of a lounge chair.

The view was amazing friendly staff

getting a parking notice on our vehicle before/while we were checking in
no room service over 3 days - apparently there is a tag to hang on the door for service but we didn't have one so they never emptied garbage or brought clean towels - we had to get our own.
The key to our door never worked properly one night it took all three of us trying our keys to finally get our door open.

Check out is at 10 but the staff was patient and gave a us a little time.

Exterior was tired.

Unfortunately room had strong scent of cigarette and above the shower area there seemed to be signs of a mold issue. It did not affect our stay, but wasn't the most pleasant part of it. Check out was a bit too early at 10 AM, and considering it was a Monday morning and we were the only patrons, it seemed unnecessary for the front desk to feel the need to send a staff member to knock on the door right at 10. Outside of these few nitpicks, we had a pleasant stay.
