Room was clean spacious and balcony with sea view.
It’s right on road noise, smokers in outside areas near steps
Proximity to beach, court yard, kitchenette.
Fridge had a lot of ice which was melting/dripping. Oven was missing dial so hard to know temperature and settings. Time to install some air conditioning! Fix up balconies so we get what we paid extra for and fix up retaining wall in courtyard to make a safer!! Also, the stairs make it difficult to access beach with small children and paddle boards. Something wider and not quite so steep.
We had a good stay. Amazingly quiet considering it's right on the highway. Parking is tight if you drive a truck or bigger vehicle. Staff could have been friendlier upon our arrival. All in all a good stay though.

Rooms very nice
The view was beautiful, the room was clean, beds were comfortable. You could tell that it has been around or in the family for a long time. There are some things that could use some updating on the outside, but they are just cosmetic. It was exactly what we were looking for, directly on the beach, quite visitors, great location. Will definitely be booking again
Nothing we didn't like. Could use A/C but but we were told before arrival that there was none. They did provide a fan which was helpful, and the ocean breeze was great.

Picnic area needs improving
The view was amazing. Location was great within walking distance of restaurants and the beach walk. Bed was very comfortable. Flowers and lawns were an improvement since our last visit in the spring. Staff are friendly.
The grounds outside were very messy with broken old wood and dirt. We realize construction was happening but it’s been that way for years. A little cleanup would do wonders. The halls to get to rooms are gross.
Location amazing
We booked a room with kitchen. The kitchen was really bad the oven to say it was dirty is an understatement same for the stove. Whole room I don't think it was cleaned in a while and the bathroom is a different story, hair everywhere mold on the ceiling.... Very expensive for what they offer. The day we left was in the morning and I didn't know I was supposed to leave the key in the mailbox beside the entrance so I ringed the bell and "an employee " I think came from behind me yelling at me to not ring the bell because I would wake up her boss, this happened at 7:45am and they open the office at 8am. I feel we got ripped off for the amount of money we paid. It's sad because the location is amazing, they need some serios renovation everything in that room was old.
Quietness
The location was fine. The view was lovely. There is a nice grassy area in the middle which was good for the kids to play. The bed was comfortable.
The booking was very unorganized. It was very loud with the highway right next to it. There didn't seem to be any staff anywhere and a lot of bizarre rules posted that I have never seen before. ( $25.00 Fee for not washing dishes, etc.) It didn't feel very welcoming. Also the beach access was a skinny and dangerous looking ladder down to some rocks. Not sure how people are suppose to get to the beach that is right there.
