Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Carpark at the rear of the property and an uphill walk. No lift only stairs with our suitcases. Would not suit unfit or older visitors. The hotel is also situated up a steep hill which would be tough for older visitors to climb at the end of a busy day. There was no handsoap on the basin. We had to use soap wash from the shower which couldn’t be easily accessed.

Lovely place to stay for very enjoyable night in Launceston on tour of Tassie
Pros:

Modern and clean, really comfortable and just on the edge of town. Really helpful and welcoming host as we checked in a bit early but room all ready.

Cons:

Just to be aware it is up quite a steep climb

Easy, enjoyable place to stay.
Pros:

Central location, clean, light and nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Great value. Host was great to deal with.

Cons:

The room was quite small and needed more power points (for phone chargers). The street entry is very steep! But these are small things.
