The room wasn’t up to expectations. Very small and there were no proper amenities

The room was tiny with no space to put a suitcase. The shower didn't work properly. It is near many things but the road outside is ridiculously busy 24/7. Difficult to get anywhere as the roads are difficult to cross
Breakfast is not so good
Excellent staff - near to Tunjungan Plaza. Comfy bed. Easy to navigate - got landmarks like Mcd & Richeese nearby.
They need new towels. Also, I opted for a non-smoking room, I got the room at the end of the corridor. I guess that’s where people went to smoke as there were windows nearby. The stench entered our room and it was unbearable when we were sleeping. We had an uncomfortable sleep because of that.

The hotel staff Eli Nur is very nice and helpful,she helping us to buy a train ticket to Surabaya via online, the hotel is very convenient and close to Tunjungan Plaza the biggest mall in Surabaya and other eateries, food stall just within a walking distance.
The lift is too slow, i need to wait for a few minutes, than when i reach there my room card was discarded, than i have to go down and update again. it takes about 25 mins.
The bedroom lights are too dim, need more lights.

No water supply
The staff. There was a girl behind the reception at night (don't now here name unfortunately) and the security man helpt me a lot with my travel plans (booking a bus ticket and arrange a private driver)

The bedsheets were filthy and full of stains. I don’t think they even washed the bedsheets because it were extremely dirty. There were cockroaches in the room too. Rooms were not soundproof and we can hear the noises from the streets and people talking from other rooms.
