La Rivière d' Angkor Resort

Beautiful 100 year old property which used to be a Red Cross hospital. Fully restored and modern while maintaining the old world charm. Location was close to Pub Street and Palace.

We had a wonderful stay at this small resort. Very friendly staff and personalized service. The rooms are traditional, modern and spacious.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The staff, the room, the food, the service, the pool. We stayed here in 2018 on our first trip to Siem Reap and loved it so much we stayed again. The rooms are beautiful and quiet. The pool is lovely, peaceful and a refuge after sweating all day. But the very best thing about being here is the lovely people who work here. Truly kind and loving. Thank you for another beautiful experience.

Simply exquisite. Amazingly accomodating staff. Resort is beautiful and impeccably clean. One of the best mojitos that I have had, and I have had a lot. The resort included so many extras. A cocktal per day, some laundry, beverages in the room. I had the soup for breakfast, delicious! Our room was large and comfortable with a shower, large soaking tub, and toilet room. So many great staff. I wish I had gotten more names. The bar, room service staff and breakfast staff, lovely and efficient. I believe it was Lien at reception who really went the extra mile. We had the most beautiful stay, I had an injury on my leg so had a full brace, staff was extremely helpful when moving around. Food and room were excellent too.

Rooms are huge, daily free softdrinks and beer in the room bar, daily free cocktails, complimentary laundry, good food in the restaurant, private feel and most of all, warm staff

We we’re celebrating our honeymoon and the bungalow type rooms were the most perfect way to stay. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

What a sweet oasis in the heart of Siem Reap. We were greeted with the most delicious passion fruit juice, and treated like royalty. The room was beautiful, the staff were so helpful, and our stay was wonderful.

The small and inviting atmosphere of this boutique style hotel made our stay so enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our every whim. The location is set along the river, making for pleasant walks (and morning runs). We were able to walk to many restaurants and experience Pub Street but return to our tranquil retreat. In addition, we met lovely guests from various corners of the world.

Service was good, Staff are well trained and very friendly. Room layout was rich and nice. Downside was air conditioning and shower. The air conditioning was not working at all. We need to spend our time in the hot room. The bed was hot too due to the room being hot. Almost no cold water come out from the shower, and the hot water was too hot to use without cold water coming out. Maybe, these happened only in our room.... We were too tired to make a claim on the issues.

We love everything about this property. This is our 4th stay here for 10 days each time. The staff are all great and nothing is too much trouble for them to make our stay very enjoyable. Perfect location - just a short walk to pub street and many restaurants and bars, Very nice having breakfast served on our patio each day. Free 6 pieces of laundry each day was a welcome surprise. Complimentary cocktail each day as well. Can't fault the property. Highly recommended!

The hotel is small with several small buildings around a lovely garden. The staff is great and the included breakfast was nice. Our room did not really have internet, weak and occasional, and we could have used a fan to assist the AC.

The location was great, the pool was lovely, and the rooms were beautiful.

Staff are very friendly, they always greet us with smiles and very accommodating. I booked room with garden view but they gave us the room with pool view which is the first room and a lot of people passing by while when you trying to sit and relax by the patio but we still enjoyed our stay. 2 complimentary cocktails every day and free breakfast which is good. With complimentary pair of laundry for each person a day. Complimentary shuttle service to the airport. The location was very accessible to shops and Pub Street. Sky bar with river view. The room is really big and nice. They let us leave our luggage even we checked out already and we still have time to go around without bringing our heavy bags before our late flight for the day. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

We enjoyed the service, by the lovely pool, on the terrace of our bungalow and in the rooftop bar - with tasty good-value food and cocktails (some more carefully mixed than others.)
There were some problems with the room - leaking A/C and dodgy wiring of a lamp that shorted all the electrics - which staff worked hard to fix.

The staff was excellent! Very helpful at giving suggestions for activities, information regarding tours, etc. Also they were so kind and courteous. They made our stay very special.
