An oasis of luxury in the heart of Siem Reap
Pros:

The staff are so welcoming, kind and attentive. The villas are exquisite and really beautifully appointed; it was an oasis right in the middle of Siem Reap! Breakfast was standard, but the pool was absolutely beautiful and cool to counter the heat and humidity. The hotel is very quiet, and the gardens make it feel cool and tranquil. We loved it after many days of cycling in the heat.

Cons:

Power went out and staff didn’t seem to know until I brought it there attention. No 24 hour room service. Dirty pillow case at one point.

It was fine and the challenges we encountered were addressed and resolved.
Pros:

The staff was courteous and pleasant, albeit most were inexperienced in their assigned role. However, the location was ideal and the reason for the booking.

Cons:

The place has tremendous potential, but it just feels as if they've not bounced back from Covid in terms of staffing and their amenities being fully utilized. We encountered a water leak that flooded the bathroom area (around the tub which was not used). It was addressed, but they told me it was fixed after the floor was mopped. It was clear that a pipe had likely burst in a wall as the concrete walls were discolored from the water seeping into it. They moved us to a new room, but later we saw them preparing the same room for another guest. We also went into the restaurant twice with no one on site. The first time, we left and went elsewhere for a meal. The second time, we called the front desk and they sent someone over to take our order. It felt understaffed.

Great place to stay for a calm holiday.
Pros:

Spa in the pool wasn't working
Slippery surfaes around the pool
Metal pergolas over double sunbeds were rusty and had sharp edges at the bases of the corner posts
Breakfast was unappealing with fixed options only. No buffet.

Beautiful oasis , beautiful people
Pros:

Beautiful Villa which we stayed. Location of the hotel is tucked away opposite the river, like a hidden oasis. Staff could not do enough for us, it was like we were the only guests staying there.
Too many wonderful staff to mention.

Cons:

Had not realised the extent of the Water Festival celebrations until 4am
