Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
Pros:

Ein gemütliches und sehr sauberes Hotel das von sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal geführt wird.
Man fühlt sich schon beim einchecken willkommen und die Zimmer sind echt sehr sauber und wirken absolut gepflegt und neuwertig.
Ich verstehe nicht warum es nur 3 Sterne hat weil es hat definitiv mehr verdient.
Die Aussenanlage mit einem schönen Pool, Zitronenbäumen und dem großzügigem Parkplatz machen auch optisch wirklich Lust auf einen längeren Aufenthalt.
Die Zimmermädchen sind sehr freundlich und wirklich sehr fleißig und halten die Zimmer in Top Zustand.
Danke auch an dieser Stelle an die netten Damen vom Frühstücks Service die alles wunderbar für uns Gäste hingerichtet haben und dieses immer mit einer sehr zuvorkommenden Art.
Rezeption ist auch immer Hilfsbereit bei allem was ansteht und gebraucht wird.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!😁🌟

Cons:

Die etwas stark befahrene Straße aber bei den Zimmern mit Gartenblick ist es ok.

Pros:

Bom pequeno-almoço, quarto espaçoso, aindaque simples, é ótimo ter estacionamento no local. Quando questionadas, as recepcionistas são prestáveis e dão boas informações. Bonita vista para o lago.

Cons:

Colchão não muito confortável e falta de agasalho na cama para a noite.
É necessário ir de carro para o centro histórico.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes, familiengeführtes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit Seeblick lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Dobre miejsce, lokalizacja. Lodówka w pokoju, wieszaki w łazience poprawiłyby ocenę na bardzo dobry.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaża i przystanek autobusu do Malcesine i do Riva del Garda bardzo blisko. Duży, zawsze dostępny parking samochodowy. Kontakt z personelem w recepcji w języku angielskim bardzo dobry.

Cons:

Śniadania mało urozmaicone, jajecznica co dziennie taka sama, twarda, bez smaku. W barze przy recepcji można płacić tylko "cash" lub zapisać na konto pokoju, co dzisiaj jest anachronizmem. W pokoju brakuje lodówki, to ważne zwłaszcza w okresie ciepłego lata. W łazience brakuje wieszaków na ręczniki.

Brakuje lodówki w pokoju i wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience. W barze przy recepcji trzeba płacić gotówką lub zapisać na pokój - to w dobrym hotelu nie powinno się zdarzać.
