No beach view unless from b as colony pool area
The review is difficult as in many ways it's a lovely complex. Pool not big but big enough, not out to early to get sun loungers and Avery on it guard removing towels left for over an hour, it's also close to the beach. But a few things keep it from being 5 star. The cleaners rumbled past our room every morning before 7. It woke us every day. The apartment was v good bar the uncomfortable pillow and the view was just a wall. There is a lovely breakfast area and breakfast offer and bar and then what can only be described as a sad evening entertainment. Why at the busy breakfast they don't advertises a singer for the evening I can't fathom. There was a lovely singer one evening and not a single person watching. We really felt for her. Need to market it. Overall we did like the place and area
Lovely hotel and staff. Ongoing upgrade to rooms meant a lot of noise during the day.
Staff were excellent
Weather was a bit unpredictable but did not spoil the occasion.Plenty of walks along the coast from Fanabee to Los America lovely route with plenty of eating places along the way,very clean.

This property was beautiful, clean, and the staff were very helpful! It was great for a nice day with my family
Every nice place in the middle of Costa Adeje. Essentially a one-bedroom apartment. It is NOT on the beach, but a short walk away. Break&ask buffet included. Parking garage available at 10 Euros per night, or you can park on the street (good luck) or find a public lot. Reception staff was inconsistent — some cordial and accommodating, others intransigent. Air conditioning broke but it took a few days to notice, then reception tried to convince us it was okay, then finally offered a different unit and comped our parking charges.
Have stayed at this hotel numerius times and this was the
second time I have stayed on this side and it is horrible.There is no privicity and the outlook is a orange painted wall.
Walking distance from beach was a plus. Cleanness of bed sheets and towels wasn't great. Tight parking for the car.
Well positioned and relaxing mid size hotel near beach
Fantastic property in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was huge and spotless. Lovely view over the pool. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. We will definitely return !

Good breakfast, clean hotel room and communal areas. Very helpful staff. We requested ground floor rooms which we were given.
However there was an issue with the drains and the smell was awful. We asked to be moved and were offered new rooms right away. Maintenance also resolved the drain issue on the same day. So overall I was very satisfied

First time at the Flamingo Beach Mate and was not disappointed, everything was excellent. Thank you we will be definitely coming back.
Our stay a Flamingo was perfect. The apartment sizes were big, very clean and modern. The resort itself is very clean and modern and the location is amazing, very central to all key areas in Costa Adeje. A great place for family and kids. We will definitely be coming back.
We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Rooms are massive and plenty of room. Only thing missing was an iron but I didn’t need one so didn’t bother asking. The car park is €10 per day which can be difficult to find especially when you don’t know the area and very tight spaces. The hotel was stunning overall and great location only thing that let it down was the view from the room which was just a wall in front. Breakfast was great and good variety of foods.
