Pros:

I've stayed here many times, and I'll have to say that things have greatly improved since my last visit. Not that the last visit was bad, but it seems maybe they're taking better care of the place or more aware of what's going on around the property. I think the extension of the boardwalk has helped it aesthetically.

Overall a decent stay
Pros:

I loved the room and the size of it traveling mom with 3 teens it worked out great for us on the room size ..we wil definitely be checking back in over the summer

Cons:

I hated with a passion the parking ..we drive a bigger vehicle and the parking lot was horrible to get in and out of we ended up using the parking across the street for overflow parking ...my only other complaint was we had a 3 sum going on next door and when we complained to office about noise level of it at 2 am nothing was done. We had both tvs on and they could still be heard above them

Pros:

For a lower priced motel it was super clean beds were comfortable. Little far to walk places .but if you are at beach just for beach time this is right no frills place

First few nights the people beside us had dogs and barked all day and night , super early barely got sleep. Stayed here
Pros:

The location, and outside where you walk to the beach was nice

Cons:

Bathroom could use some cleaning especially the tub, table in balcony had cigarette marks all over
In cabinet under sink is rotten
