We just enjoy town Lunenburg for two days , which not so far from this hotel
Pros:

We didn’t have choice , last minutes booked

Cons:

We change room three times,first was terrible smelling and windows looked on garbage,second was with some staff from previous customers, third was okay,but plumbing problems on the roof( water from somewhere),not very clean, pool renovation and smell around from fast food restaurants

Pros:

I loved that it was a great location for all my needs. The restaurants nearby were nice as well as shopping.

Cons:

The steps were tough to walk up and down. Needs updating to outside and inside.I paid more then what I was quoted, it wasn't much more but I was disappointed.

Dirty. Tv didn’t work and the staff didn’t seem to care but did get it somewhat rectified…. Tv would not turn off had to put coat over screen to sleep.

Absolutely horrible experience
Pros:

Can I give a rating worse than terrible?? This property is far from clean, filthy hallways, dirty rooms. We stayed four nights due to family bereavement, only because there was no availability elsewhere. Day 2 the towels were replaced, the beds were made half assed, the soap/shampoo were not replenished, the coffee maker not cleaned or replenished, the cable for the tv stopped working. Day 3, beds not made, towels not changed, coffee maker still not taken care of, still no tv. This necessitated a trip to the front desk to enquire if in fact these services were included or not! After a long day out dealing with the passing of a family member, these are not issues that we needed to face

Better attention to cleaning and operation needed
Pros:

Securiry door propped open, back entrance approach full of overflowing cigarette and garbage containers, residents hanging out window smoking, Walls in room randomly painted and partially painted, grubby grout, and dead cockroach found in bathroom the next morning, although there have apparently been some renovations, the common areas are not clean, room smelled of urine and stale food when we opened the door. Staff was friendly, but opened first room we were given and it was already occuppied, including someone in bed. It is very well located to amenities, lots of parking.

Over priced basic motel like. Better off spending but extra for airbnb
