Quaint and clean “retro motel feel”. Super friendly staff. Modern mini split air/heat. Front door needs a curtain as bright light shines into room in our room (215). Beautiful place that we will for sure stay again.

A wonderful family resort especially for families. Beautiful view from the room and balcony of the inlet. Water looks great for kayaking. The large pool is kept spotless but it was a bit windy so we didn’t try.

A Great place for families with dogs.

I did not like the wi-fi AT ALL!
It kept knocking me off the wi-fi and having to get back on, OVER & OVER again was so frustrating..
Finally, gave up and missed a confirmation I needed to make at a hotel in Hyannis the following night and lost the room because of that, and had to return home a day early.

Will never recommend or stay again as they clearly put no upgrades into an outdated lodging....

Thoughtful of the receptionist to move my room not next to where a lot of families were, and the view of the river was very nice.

Great customer service

Nice pool/water view. But room was Misrepresented. Not 2 queen beds. A lumpy double w/sides hanging off a smaller frame. Roll off the sides. Got no sleep. Electric outlet overloaded w/light, microwave, refrig, coffee. Refrig died during night. Spoiled the cake for our party. No staff after 5pm to field concerns/help. Dated. Tiny soap like a slice of cheese. Tiny 1 use for 1 person shampoo

Nice safe, quiet, family friendly stay with salt water view and access plus pool and relaxing areas

Hidden gem that takes pets ! Staff at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. Rooms are ok just dated but the pool and price makes it worth it. We only stayed a night so we didn’t use the grills but I love that they have charcoal grills! Only issue I wanted to comment on is the “ beach “ area it’s very littered with trash and my dog kept picking up plastic glass etc , beach needs a good clean up. I will return here just hoping the beach is clean by then.
