Old facilities. Most of the charm is the area it’s in. Facilities are old and dated.

No maid service for 3 days. Musty smell. Worn down and feeling its age.

Very quiet, kind staff, very clean and very convenient hotel. It is a bit dated in many ways, but that adds to the charm and the Cape Cod experience. Would return anytime.

We had a lovely stay, Eric was a perfect host.

Wasn’t aware that breakfast was an option that we could purchase onsite….front desk could be more informative.

They need to mop/clean their linoleum floor in the hotel room. Our room can’t be the only one that needed it. Turned our feet and socks black from walking on it.

Like many other reviews, we found this hotel very dated. The room however was a good size with a very large bed, sofa desk and a table with a couple of chairs, plus a fridge. The bathroom was fine. Importantly it was clean. The carpet in the hallway was grubby and clearly had been around a good while.
The location is excellent...1 minute walk from the main street with the bars and restaurants, and a few minutes drive from the harbour.

Check in was easy, the woman at the front desk was efficient and friendly. We got a free upgrade! I dont even know what the upgrade was, but our room is nice and big, has a fridge, and a table for eating. The air conditioning isnt great, but there is not usually a ton of ac on the Cape. We would easily come back to Shoreway Acres.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Very comfortable and spacious room, well maintained and inviting pools and grounds, efficient office staff.

The room we wanted with a queen bed as not available. After some effort we got a king bed upgrade with an opened can of beer on the floor. The bathroom vents from the 80’s a caked in dust. Not great overall but luckily we didn’t plan to hang indoors.

Great location, with plenty of parking and easy access to downtown.

However, the rooms are rather outdated and the bathroom was not well maintained - the heater panels in the bathroom were coming off and the ventilation didn't work well.

Cute little place. My only complaint was the inherent was spotty and made working from the room a little difficult. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent.

Great spot with a quick walk to the beach or the Main Street. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Indoor and outdoor pool. Clean and reasonable.

This was an adequate place to sleep but certainly not modern or updated in any way.
