Location
Poor value, very noisy thin walls building site noise out the back bins get empty early with the glass bottles poor shower only a trickle
All excellent as ususal
Nothing all good
Excellent location. Clean, warm bedroom. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.
No room in bedroom for a chair so could only sit on the bed.
Plenty of room bathroom amazing bedroom 4 poster bed .
Outside very noisy at the back of hotel , early hours of morning bins, getting dragged about also linen cages been banging woke us both up went on for ages. Also not the comfiest of beds .
Breakfast always very good. Super restaurant as well. Room was in the old building and at the back so no road noise at night which was appreciated.
It had all I needed for a comfortable short stay whilst on Business.
The room was not really warm enough at night. Needed to request extra duvet.
The breakfast was good, and the room cleaning each morning was excellent.
The staff, food and the bar. Great location.
Looking dark and tired downstairs and on corridor.
No bottled water in room.
Cold water warm and cloudy.
The location and onsite car park with access to the pub and dining room.
We stayed with our two daughters they had their own room. The property was generally quite shabby. Toilets had wallpaper ripped from walls and public men’s and ladies both backed up during our stay. Our room was tired the carpet was dirty ,stained and the floor was uneven and given I had requested an accessible room felt a little ironic. Marks on the wall made it look substandard. The room was very hot with the heat powering out. Being on the front near the roundabout meant opening the window was very noisy. Disappointed as we stay here at least once a year will probably look at alternatives as without improvement I can only see further decline. Accessibility shouldn’t mean one gets the poorest rooms. I am very aware this is an old building
Central location near to family. Parking attached as well as great bar
We had expected the free toiletries to include shower gel for two adults for two days (potentially being replaced on the second day) but there was a tiny bottle which was not replenished which left us without shower gel on the second day.
Pretty much everything
Next doors telly was a bit loud
