Another great stay at a fantastic hotel.
Pros:

Fab hotel with excellent staff and a great location. Justin was exceptional.

Cons:

The carpet in the bedroom looked either very faded and patchy or stained. TV streaming apps wouldn’t connect to allow access. I also informed the hotel that I required a vegan breakfast when I booked and the night before aswell as when I arrived and there still wasn’t any vegan spread during breakfast, which was a bit annoying.

Despite the lovely staff, we were disappointed in our accomm0dation.
Pros:

Staff were extremely polite and very pleasant and room was cleaned daily. Evening meals were adequate.

Cons:

Room was small with a view of an uncared for back yard . Shower was lacking in space. Breakfast orange juice was flavourless.

Disappointing, do not use room 113.
Pros:

Breakfast and diner were good with swift service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room and lounges are comfortable and pleasant.

Cons:

Room 113 was a disaster. Minute shower and shower room was unheated and therefore unusable, Minute toilet and wash basin cupboard was cold and uncomfortable. Have stayed here before and been very pleased with our stay, however using this totally unsuitable room does your reputation a great deal of harm

Great stay food drink etc etc
Pros:

Reception on arrival were great sorted room out while I parked 4pm -10am free outside. Room very nice and clean with all the toys .(you won’t need for anything) Food and BEER were spot on the ipa very refreshing and the haddock and chips were excellent obviously home cooked. Olives as a nibble enough for an army . To sum up great accommodation good food and drink Friendly staff. Oh yes a smiling goodbye from the Night Manager 👍

Brilliant stay and will definitely stay again
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, lovely decor and very welcoming staff. The room was extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, great shower gel and a coffee pod machine. Lovely little touch was a little telescope that you could see out across the sea view. Great breakfast - the buffet part was so extensive and the cooked part delicious and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, good for short break, good staff.
Pros:

Excellent location on sea front and near theatre. Very clean and tidy with high level of good quality furnishings. Good coffee maker in room

Cons:

Ev chargers not working, should have been notified on booking. Breakfast was lukewarm on plate and some food undercooked. Menu choice if you dont like fast food and you are not vegetarian is limited. Parking in street at front of hotel even in February off season is difficult.

Another enjoyable stay - highly recommend.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the hotel is welcoming and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel offers excellent value for money.

Cons:

The hotel is dog friendly and while most dog owners are respectful to other residents barking could be heard and an unleashed dog was allowed to run through the customer lounge.
