No way this is a 4* when compared to the Empire or the Imperial.
Location - couldn't be much further from centre of town. Food - average pub standard. Facilities - small lounge, average restaurant. No air con.

There was no bath tub. Staff could have been more friendly and chatty. They were very minimal

The shower area is very small, and the water drainage is terrible.
Very clean and modern room with a comfy bed and good drinks facilites. The ensuite felt very luxurious. Lovely breakfast and the whole hotel looks very well maintained. We had a good nights sleep.
Said in the blurb that there was free parking which there wasn't. The TV in the room was the most fiddliest thing to operate when you just want to watch live TV. It took a lot of working out and we gave up in the end.

The room was clean and well presented, we had everything we needed and the large fan was gratefully received during the hot weather. The staff really make this place though. Really attentive and made a lot of time for my boy.
We bumped our head a few times as the angle of the roof was a little close to the end of the bed but it’s understandable given the nature of the property.
Fabulous views, facilities and staff.
The location was fantastic and incredibly easy to find when we arrived—in fact, my 9-year-old son used the map to navigate and lead the way right to the front door! It is right on the seafront, and we absolutely loved the sea view; it was so therapeutic and peaceful just watching the sea. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, with both breakfast and lunch being major highlights of our stay. Everything was delicious, and my son especially appreciated the effort of the wonderful housekeeper who cleaned our room and made our stay feel extra special. I will certainly be back again with my son and my parents!
We had a beautiful experience staying at the Llandudno Bay Hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, and the overall stay was wonderful, but the network connectivity was a major frustration during our trip.
The general mobile network coverage around the area was terrible, meaning I often had to wait until I got back to the hotel just to use my phone. Unfortunately, the hotel's Wi-Fi wasn't much better—the signal was not strong and was incredibly slow most of the time on my device.
Aside from the frustrating internet issues, it really was a fantastic stay. If you don't mind disconnecting for a bit, it’s a beautiful place to visit!
