Even though this property is marketed as a resort, it feels more like a motel with a sea-facing balcony. At $500 a night, I expected far more. While the room had a kitchen, it lacked even the basics such as coffee powder or tea bags—amenities that are often provided even in budget motels.
The AC unit leaked water into the bedroom, the spring bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were subpar. The bathroom, while clean, was outdated and built with low-quality materials.
On the plus side, the overall cleanliness was good. However, the value for money is simply not there, and calling this a “resort” is misleading—it’s essentially a motel or inn with a nice view.
The hotel location was beautiful and what made the property nice. The room was nice, but a little smaller than expected. The pool was nice, the beach was divine (we saw a seal and dolphins!), but the map had a playground that wasn't there.

We stay here every summer. Nice updated rooms. The 2BDR/1BTH units are getting small for our family of five, now that the kids are teenagers. Would recommend booking two rooms unless you have small kids
Great access to beach and minutes to Montaulk
My first two nights were great. Then l was asked to change my villa because the owner was coming. The villa l transferred to was a definite downgrade. Much older furniture my bedroom door couldn't close etc. However the staff was friendly abd polite. Very accommodating whenever l needed anything.
Great location and had beach service
Very easy check-in done electronically. Very nice staff. Our room was bottom unit but with a great view of the ocean. Nice size refrigerator bring lots of food. Comfortable beds. A+.
Room was okay, all the furniture was damaged. Lights were flickering, I assume they don't expect you to stay in the room. Walk to the beach was short, and convenient. And they put the chairs and umbrellas out for you. All the other guests were quiet and kept to themselves. All in all a delightful stay
