Pros:

Everything except one employee made it seem like it was my fault for looking for him at the back of the office because I was waiting for customer service but no one showed up till I walked towards the back to see if they were in the office....

Poor customer service
Pros:

Not CLC friendly no help at all with booking a room I would assume they would rather not have CLC members stay with them since they don’t make it easy. Super strict about check in times which sucks since I work nights. I can’t be checking in a 3pm. Lucky the lady waved the fee, but won’t be staying here sadly.

Management, The stay was not enjoyable. It is not a place we would want to stay at again. We get a room that had no hot

From what we had seen seems good but then our stay turned out to be not so great.

Cons:

Staff was not that helpful, couldn’t find anyone when you needed something, spoke about customers, and when concerns/issues were voiced all I was told is you should have told us when it happened!!! And his was an unprofessional establishment.

Pros:

What do you want out of a hotel like this? You want it to be clean safe and reasonably priced. This checks all those boxes. Front desk person was very friendly too. No offense to Farmington, but it's still Farmington so there's only so much the hotel can do about that. Sorry Farmington love ya 😅

Pros:

The front desk staff was fabulous. Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Wish we hadn’t left so quickly in the morning to get to our Chaco Canyon tour as the breakfast looked delicious.

Pros:

Very quiet. Great and comfortable beds. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 on the weekend, but the front desk clerk allowed us to get some of the items earlier as we had to leave earlier.
