Great clean room, fully equipped kitchen etc
Very clean and welcoming reception area too

Cons:

Bed, why not put a king in room this size and it was a double and very uncomfortable, full size fridge freezer was lovely but very noisy
Toilet loud too after flushing

Nice, Clean Room
Pros:

The room was clean, decent water pressure, a fridge and a sink nice to have. Pet Friendly and deposit not bad at all.

Cons:

The only thing that was not comfortable was the sofa bed next time I will be getting 2 beds.

Clean, quiet hotel.
Nice ground floor bbq area & patio.

Cons:

AC broke in the room at 9:30 pm. We moved across the hall too a nice cold room. Only to discover the AC wouldn't go higher than 64 degrees. VERY COLD NIGHT.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was AMAZING, we were not expecting it to have everything it offered. It was definitely worth the value.
The kids loved the pool, and the continental breakfast was great as well.
Overall, it was great hotel, great staff , and great location. I will definitely be staying here again.

The staff were very nice

Cons:

There were NO CARTS AVAILABLE to transport luggage they were all down for repair had to use dish cart and laundry cart we are elderly and need the help a cart gives us.

Everything except one employee made it seem like it was my fault for looking for him at the back of the office because I was waiting for customer service but no one showed up till I walked towards the back to see if they were in the office....
