Good but the price is too high

The staff was kind, helpful and welcoming
Boutros, the Lebanese assistant was so helpful and advised us in so many aspects, answered our inquiries and was so supportive as he is talking Arabic.
One of the two bathrooms in the apartment is equipped with a handheld bidet spray, which is an excellent and unique feature that is especially convenient for Arab and Muslim guests.

كان بطرس، المساعد اللبناني، متعاونًا للغاية، وقدم لنا الكثير من النصائح المفيدة، وأجاب عن جميع استفساراتنا، وكان داعمًا جدًا، خاصةً أنه يتحدث اللغة العربية، مما سهّل التواصل معنا بشكل كبير.

يوجد شطاف للماء في أحد الحمامين بالشقة وهذه تعد ميزة ممتازة وفريدة وتناسب العرب والمسلمين

We booked a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and expected it to include a small kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a sink, a microwave, and a toaster. Unfortunately, the apartment only had a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, cups, complimentary tea bags, and free bottled water. We suggest to add these missed equipment for better experience.

Only one more comment, the hair dryer dust bag was too dusty and need to be replaced or at least to be washed regularly.
Unfortunately, I was unable to use the hair dryer because of the large amount of dust that came out of the storage bag.

للأسف لم أستطع استخدام مجفف الشعر نظرًا لكمية الغبار التي خرجت من الكيس..

استأجرنا شقة غرفة وصالة وتوقعنا وجود مطبخ تحضيري صغير مع فرن سيراميك ومغسلة وميكرويف وتوستر ولكن للأسف فقط كان هنالك ثلاجة صغيرة وغلاية ماء مع الأكواب وأكياس الشاي وعبوات الماء المجانية ونحن نقترح إضافة هذه التجهيزات لراحة الزبائن.

Perfect stay

I stayed at this hotel in June, and it was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was delicious, but what impressed me the most was the staff. Anna and Naira at the reception provided a smooth, professional, and welcoming check-in experience, making sure to explain everything in detail. At check-out, Tigran was equally professional and efficient, making the process quick and seamless.

Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel not only for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations but also for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

Доводчики на дверях в номерах настолько сильные, что моих бедных престарелых родителей выносило дверным полотном и номер закрывался. Поставьте упоры хотя бы.
